When you get the urge to compulse, it’s helpful to have a neutral activity to redirect to as you agree not to engage in the compulsion. I’m compiling a list - please reblog and add your personal favorites! I use this one a lot)
Crafty Activities Knitting/crocheting Embroidery Coloring (not just for kids anymore!)
