Synopsis: How would you be treated as the younger sister of Todoroki Shouto

A/N: In this, you’re a year younger than todoroki, but because of where your birthday lies, you were able to get into UA at the same time.
I don’t feel that shouto would have a strong relationship with any siblings younger than him, given he is estranged from most of his family already.
However, despite this, he would feel an overwhelming impulse to protect you, no matter what.
There’s an unspoken union between the two of you because of this. Neither of you talk much, but you’re fine with that. You primarily communicate with glances, short sentences, and simply sharing space with one another.
It was complete accident that the other students of 1A found out you were siblings. It was on the first day of roll call, and Aizawa accidentally addressed you as ‘Todoroki” instead of the surname you had on file, as he and the other teachers knew of your real name and status, but was asked to keep it under wraps.
Neither of you wanted to be tied together, and in turn, tied to Endeavor, so that was an idea where each of you could be thought of as individuals in your own right and not heirs to a powerful quirk lineage.
And if that wasn’t enough to convince the class, than the actions at USJ surely did. No one could argue that the way Shouto demolished that lower rank villain to rescue you was more earnest than any simple classmate relationship
The two of you could normally be seen chilling at the dorms, you introducing Todoroki to some pop-culture concept or working on homework together. And as time goes by and the dorm situation comes into the play, with the two of you spending more time together, Todoroki starts finding ways to show his affection and care for you in ways that compliment the both of your styles of living.
Though you have your own money, he likes to buy you things like graphic journals, manga if you like them, and goes shopping with you when you need to head to the mall. When you get tired, he allows you to rest on him, and he barely ever moves if you happen to take a nap on his shoulder. He’ll opt to taking one with you, resting his head on top of yours, or scrolling on his phone, waiting for you to wake up.
You’re more or less friends with the same people as shouto, but you do have your own friend group. You also don’t mind going up against each other - in fact the two of you favor that instead of working on the same team sometimes; it helps to hone your different skill sets and abilities.
An awkward gesture he’s been getting into is patting your head to congratulate you on a job well done. He’s not good at praise, both giving and receiving, but it works out, and you’re grateful that he’s opening up a bit more, even if it is just the tiniest amount.

Yes, Black men in majority white spaces do. If I don’t smile every single second of the day my coworkers become in intimidated and start asking me what’s wrong, telling me to smile, make jokes about how I’m trying to be a thug/act hard, why am I angry, etc. And it’s not just white men at my job God FORBID I my large Black ass makes a white girl feel threaten because I’m sitting down with a neutral expression.
I’m not trying to take this post away from women and make it about Black men but I want to point out that wether it’s patriarchy or white supremacy; those who feel as if they have power over you HATE to see you not smile. They are so used to people like you smiling to gain their approval that when you don’t there’s a cognitive dissonance that makes them extremely uncomfortable.
That’s why “angry Black women” is a thing. They have to put on a smile for everyone (yes even feminist white women) or we all get uncomfortable.

as of 13:10 polish time, it has been said as many people as possible will be let through the borders. they are also supposed to let through children who do not have passports, as to not divide families.
Gov.pl is a legit website connected to the polish government i use it to look at tax info and school stuff (it has the lessons for the teachers written out) and driving license info. So this is legit!!!
Ukrainian friends, you can also cross the border to Slovakia, with or without a passport, or at least that’s the latest update from our Ministry of Interior. You must prepare yourselves for waiting in lines as they check every individual vehicle upon entering (waiting times according to our news are hours long because of shitty capacities but hopefully after today the officials will figure out a more effective system). "Why are you crying?" He asks genuinely, his voice barely above a whisper. You do nothing but huff, bringing your wrists up to wipe the hot tears from the corners of your eyes. You sniffle, and his eyebrows crease together in confusion and concern. "Y/n? What's wrong?"
Your head hangs low, your eyes unable to look up to his. You wish you didn't have to tell him, but you feel as if you have no way out now.
"Because I don't like it."
"Don't like what?" He asks, taking a step toward you before sitting on the edge of the bed next to you. He watches you carefully, taking note of your fingers pinching your knees and your slouched back. He watches you raise your head to the mirror in front of you, and his lips disconnect in shock.
"That," you gesture to the body in the mirror that seems to distort when you look at it. It doesn't look real to you; it can't be.
His eyes soften, and his hand comes to rub your shoulder. "I like it."
You scoff, shaking your head. "No you don't. How could you like this?"
"Because you, my darling, are perfect to me. In every way. And there is no way I can have you looking at yourself like that when all I see is perfection, is there?"
You finally look him in the eyes, your eyelashes shiny with the droplets of your meltdown, and you can tell he's genuine. It makes you a bit frustrated; how can he love someone that looks like this? How can he see perfection when all you see is a disaster?
His fingertips graze over your neck, and his thumb strokes your moist skin, rubbing your irritation away.
"If I can see it, Y/n, then someday, you can too. One day, you'll believe me. Are you okay with that?"
You hesitate, trying to think about it over the repetition of his words. But you can't. You nod, allowing him to take you in his arms and turn the black clouds into clear skies. You let him help you, because deep inside, you know it can work.

So Ranboo's dead. Yippee that's fantastic. So happy rn /s
But I started thinking about Ghostboo and remembered he had a huge slash across the chest. (All these artist portray it differently, but this is just what his skin looks like.) That slash canonically is always bleeding, Ghostboo even "carries" around his own blood to push back into the cut.
I remembered that many artists portray Ranboo's blood as burning him as well, because of the water percentage. Thatf got me thinking how much is Ghostboo burning? Not just on the torso but on his hands and arms.
When Wilbur was revived his death wound was there and his body looks a bit more rough. Again artists depict the person being brought back into the body that's there. So if Ranboo's body is being burned by his own blood and the water he died near, how bad will it be if he gets revived. Everyone moved on from his death quickly, we don't know if he was buried or left there to rot. And will any burning from the arms and torso of Ghostboo also translate?
I've been thinking about this for a while now and I wanted everyone else to feel the same pain as me.
