FITNESS IS NOT JUST SOMETHING I DO FOR WORK. It is my life mission. I believe that the noblest thing we can do in life is to share our gifts with others, to teach. My dedication to fitness has not only sustained me through the ups and downs of life, but it has also ultimately showed me what my purpose is: to make it easy for others to be their best. I did not always train with the intensity I am training now. But for many years I maintained a routine, based on what I have learned, that has kept me young and vital.
