Not in Inaba anymore (Open)
And there still wasnât any damn Junes. But what did he expect? After all, this was some sort of ancient civilization, all topped off nicely with gods whose associations he couldnât remember, for the life of him. He didnât like the countryside - the city, in all its grand rush and splendor, was the place he preferred. He took his first step outside of the realm of Hades, instantly feeling his spirits lift. Hmm, must have been the atmosphere, putting a damper on his mood. Either way, with a shrug, he was off to explore the unknown that lay in front of him. Hopefully there was some placehere that resembled what he would call modern compared to everything elseâŠÂ
Yosuke finally made his way to the world of Hephaestus first, admiring its exuberance. His thoughts began straying towards a certain reluctance to return to the dismal place in which heâd been assigned, but at the end of the day, it was an order with which consequences would follow, he concluded, with a defeated sigh.
Suddenly, a voice rang out from the depths of the forest nearby, its words all too familiar.
âProtect me, Tomoe!â
Was it her? Although he knew heâd be greeted with some sort of flying kick, punch, or any variation of a martial arts move, it would be good to see her again. He quickly made his way into the woods, and within several minutes of walking, found her battling against a winged creature, her Persona at her side. She seemed to be doing well, so he quietly waited for her to deal it the final blow.
ââŠWho are you?â
He made a face at her (Much like how one would stick their tongue out, in an immature fashion, at a close friend.), finding that her asking him that question was wrong, all too many sorts of wrong!! Though he joked as he spoke: âChie⊠Itâs me, Yosuke. Yâknow, the one from Inaba, whose family owns the Junes, and the one you try to freeload steak off of?â
"Freeload? There's ALWAYS a good reason why you end up owing me steak!" Chie replied without a second thought. Sure enough, it was indeed her friend Yosuke Hanamura. Despite her bitter words, Chie was more than excited to see her friend here. While she was worried about Yukiko's absence, at least she found someone here whom she cared for greatly. Even if he could be an idiot sometimes. Although her next response would seem unreasonable, she couldn't help but say the next thing that came to mind. "Yosuke, you idiot! Why weren't you here before? I was worried sick about you and...and everyone." With that, Chie punched him softly on his shoulder. Well, what SHE'D call a soft punch or nudge anyway. Poor Yosuke might define this differently.  Fortunately, by the time she walked over to punch him, Tomoe had finished the monster with the last attack Chie asked of him. Behind the two lay a dead bird ready to roast. Well, at least they'd have a meal, right? Even if they had to cook it by themselves, they wouldn't at least have to go hungry. Sighing, she looked at Yosuke as she shook her head. "...Do you know if anyone else from home is here?" Chie asked after awhile. Her thoughts of Yukiko came back immediately. She was like a sister to her, after all. Even with her persona, if Yukiko was here all alone, Chie wouldn't know what to do with herself. Well, at least Yosuke was here. Now she wouldn't have to worry about the other idiot she was worrying about.Â
