Shipping characters with Usopp is fun because Usopp has a sense of dedicated pathetic vulnerability that every other character has too much self respect to stoop to. Thus, by virtue of witnessing such vulnerability, whoever you ship him with is forced to be vulnerable in turn and expose new elements of their character they likely try to repress or hide away. It's how these character react to this new found vulnerability that allows for interesting storytelling!
cruelty is so easy. youre not special for choosing it
"The trouble is that we have a bad habit, encouraged by pedants and sophisticates, of considering happiness as something rather stupid. Only pain is intellectual, only evil interesting. This is the treason of the artist; a refusal to admit the banality of evil and the terrible boredom of pain."
-Ursula K. LeGuin, The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas
"Evil is boring. Right? I kinda believe in the banality and mundaneness of evil. Evil is just selfish impulses, which at the end of the day are really easy to understand. It’s easy to understand why people do bad things. It’s like “yeah, ok, you’re selfish and scared and cruel, I get it”. Being good is complex and beautiful and hard." - Brennan Lee Mulligan
"How monotonously alike all the great tyrants and conquerors have been: how gloriously different are the saints." --C.S. Lewis
New chapter of ‘you’re so cold (so keep your hands in mine)’ by Qu33rbait is out now! :3 Here is a snippet of a mini comic for the chapter.

Him when he first gets his powers at 14 and then when he is older, both glasses wearing version and without.
Some old Usopp doodles.
I think his nose might be too long, but I really like how i did the colors they like mesh well.
Some different version of the superhero suit I wanted for my Invincible OC.
He’s something like a magical girl/green lantern inspired hero, wanted to keep the sleekness of a normal hero costume, but add some of the pretty elements of a magical girl outfit.
This will probably never be finished yume wips with Peter Parker aka spider-man
Some sketches of an Invincible OC, along with amber and mark.
Didn’t know if I wanted him to have straight hair or curly, but I like curly hair more.
My version of Superboy, more grunge than classic punk, I just think spikes look cool on him. The S on his suit is straight from Superman 2025, think it looks better for him than it does for Superman, more modern and clean as opposed to the classic S.
From YJ show au.

My contribution some F4 fanart, just a quickie.
Very sixties.
Very cool.
You can really tell I spent an iota of more effort for Sue and Johnny than everybody else.
what was that about smoking? i believe any childhood au w the strawhats would be really good for their development, but i think the very impressionable sanji vs usopp who makes shit up is really entertaining to me
Some more fanart for my YJ au, and female Wally.
First strip is Dick and Wally and some moments, the next strip inspired by that blade runner scene Wally is haunting the narrative and specifically Dick, and he is not handling well, and the third strip is Wally and Conner being lovey dovey. Then all of them combined on one page.
Is it better to have them be separate or together? Serious question.
Some sketchy pieces for my Supergirl, shows Kara when she first arrives, and when she is begrudgingly getting used to life one earth, a headshot of pretty girl Kara and her dimpled chin. She shares the feature with her baby cousin Clark.
Took inspiration for the Kryptonian outfit from JLA series and Superman the animated series.
My female Wally West, aka, Wilhelmina Wallis West, or W.W.W. Because her parents hate her. JK. A full body shot, some emotion head shots and her with Robin! Dick and Kid Flash! Wally, and Conner and Wally.
