Streotypical minsung is ASS
(A rant about the unacceptable treatment of Han and Lee Know by minsung fans)
I'm not joking when I say that my whole day gets ruined if im unfortunate enough to see a certain type of content on tik tok, pinterest, etc.
The whole thing of people overfeminizing Han, being obsessed with fulfilling a role meant for women, making Minho extra masculine and projecting straight relationship stereotypes onto minsung is outrageous.
The patterns I'm beginning to notice are painfully clear and also incredibly infuriating.
Because for example, listen to this. We all know that Minho has extremely long lashes and he can even hold a toothbrush on them, right? But on fanarts or game inserts, people never include them. They just don't add his lashes, while Han has them visibly long just to make him more feminine even though Han is the one whose lashes aren't that visible.
Or making him look extremely skinny compared to Minho, even though Han literally is muscular! His frame is simply just narrow. Or simply fucking trying to make him look like a goddamn child!
I think most of us know the game "Tomodachi Life" for Nintendo switch. People have been making minsung mii's and posting about them on tik tok. And when I tell you that those minsungers make them look NOTHING like they do. Choosing extremely big eyes for Han and putting them super low, choosing spefically a mouth option that keeps it open making him look like some child. While Minho gets some odd looking eyes, straight line as a mouth(despite his lips being plump) and making jim ridiculously tall.
That man is 171 cm tall for fucks sake, he wouldn't reach the high shelves at the convenience store in my village.
They keep on forcing onto Minho a look that makes him barely look like himself. At this point, they're creating OC's and new characters while using two real people as an inspiration for their fucking fetishes.
No, it's not quirky to add a pacifier on Han's mouth on some picture and call him a baby. No it's NOT cute. It's fucking weird and disrespectful. That's a man with a dick and balls, he is 26 years old and he enjoys beer and alcohol while you're still thinking about a dumb math pop quiz.
Yes, in relationships there are the roles of the dominant and the less dominant one. But it doesn't make the less dominant one a fucking little helpless child. Han would probably be able to beat the fuck out of someone, he wouldn't curl and cry like a five year old whose toy got stolen.

I love my minsung... but my minsung is not something that you look at and think
"oh, they put minho's name first so he's the top!" IDGAF WHO THE TOP IS.
Minsung is minsung, and what I'm focusing on while making content about them is making it at leasting realistic, drawing them the way they ACTUALLY look and trying to give them interactions of a normal couple, not a fetishized one from a BL comic that you read at three a.m. thinking youre so quirky for that.
One last thing, you know how they always make it seem like Minho is so in love with Han, while Han is supposed to be the 'the hard to get girlfriend'?
Bitch, Han wrote songs about Minho. Don't make him look like he dgaf, because he would be most likely the one singing cheesy love songs to Minho, not the other way around.
Stop projecting straight couple headcanons and stereotypes onto ships that involve two men.

Han being a few centimeters shorter doesn't make him an omega from that omegaverse thing. He's just as much of a man as Minho is and he happens to be somewhat more emotional, while Minho is more closed off.
As a Minho bias, that shit really gets me. Because the Minho they're trying to make out of him is NOT the baby.
