Neji would be very subtle, don't expect any apparent signs of his feelings.
He would enjoy training with you. If Neji likes you most likely, it is because your fighting style caught his eye.
He will not go easy on you. He would want to confirm your strength.
After training, he would complement your performance. He would be slightly embarrassed but still composed, the only visible sign would be a slight stiffness in his posture.
After training with you a couple of times, Neji would begin seeking you out over Lee and Tenten. Lee often became overexcited during training and tended to go overboard.
He doesn't mind training with Tenten, but he would rather spend time with you without making a fool of himself.
When he's alone, Neji wonders if you could ever like him back. He would push away any thoughts of you to prevent himself from creating false hope.
He wouldn't tell anyone about his feelings until he was set on asking you out. Probably would talk to Hinata first. She would listen to everything Neji had to say. Though she most likely wouldn't be able to give too much advice, she is a great listener.
Neji would hold in his feelings for a long time while he analyzed every possibility. The longer he waits, the stronger his feelings become.
Will probably have a talk with his uncle to figure out what to do. He would be terrified that you wouldn't be approved of, but to his surprise, he is told to invite you to dinner, and Neji's face would be bright red when he does.
