Diana the Moon Fairy

A scrapped character from the Sailor Moon manga. She was supposed to appear when Usagi and the others visited the ruins of the Moon Kingdom, but Naoko Takeuchi decided to not use her; instead a computerized version of Queen Serenity explains the Senshi's backstory. Her name was later recycled for Luna and Artemis's daughter.

However, the whole concept of "a small fairy with a strong resemblance to a Senshi who is a link to the Silver Millennium" was (presumably) later reworked into the concept of the Sailor Power Guardians from the 4th arc.
