Getting back into it is like riding a bike, down a jagged mountain slope.

I’ve finally recommitted myself to getting in shape and it has been hell on wheels. I’m two weeks into it and I’m struggling to stay positive, hence why I’m back here. I’ve had way too much coke zero this week but I’ve only dropped the ball once so I mean I guess thats ok! I wanna hear about your journeys so far! How do you stay motivated?

I literally heard someone say that the only reason people on Tumblr are nice to each other is so that they’ll get complimented and get attention in return and I just think that claim is really messed up. Like you really can’t accept that people want to bring each other up and love on each other? What a sad life.

Cool. So everyone is reblogging that old set of me when I was cute and had no muscles to being old and kind of having muscles, but it’s old. So here is the update.

On the left I am 18. Fresh out of high school probably and the only defining muscle is that tiny tricep because I was a server and buses tables and we had to carry trays with all the stuff on it. Gains right? (115-125 lbs max because I graduated at 105lbs)

On the right is tonight post arm day and little leg action. Clearly you can see I still have no muscle. Please lend me your muscles so I can be fit you guys. Seriously.

I also have stopped weighing myself because I was so obsessed with hitting 170 and never being there just made me want to not eat or whatever. Plus, I was getting into accidents or injuries pretty much every couple months this summer so w/e.
