It is a suicide note but nothing detailed other than her explaining that she’s going to kill herself. If I get majority no’s for this, I’ll just post in chapter that Madara’s read it but not what’s in the letter specifically, nothing in it I don’t think is super plot heavy but more like closure for Madara in regards to her death.
