update: shoulder acquired (yes the og print failed shortly after I posted, bed was too cold. I fixed that issue and it took me like 20 minutes just to get this thing off the plate lmao)

you can definitely tell where the supports were + see that there’s some adhesion/moisture issues, I think I’ve gotten the settings mostly worked out though!

…after I dry my filament. I started a reprint which immediately failed and started turning into stringy spaghetti because I’m using PETG and that’s just what PETG does when it’s exposed to air for too long

The upside to this filament is that I spent like 10 minutes throwing this thing on a tile floor and flexing it and it didn’t break minus a small crack along a print line where it was a bit janky anyways(which only happened from me trying to bend it in half). So even though it feels extremely thin to me, it’s still more durable than the PLA/PLA+ armor I’ve had!
