Some interesting details I noticed...
1) After the kiss, Aziraphale touches his lips with a trembling hand, the same hand that bears the ring symbolically tying him to Heaven (there's a great video about this on Sendarya's youtube channel).
At that moment, he is faced with a choice: refuse the Metatron's offer and be with Crowley, to finally get what he has long been longing for, to choose himself and his own desires at least once... and potentially put Crowley's life, as well as their safety, at risk (remember, Aziraphale only learns about the Second Coming right before stepping into the elevator; until then, he could only suspect that something was wrong), or accept the offer and hurt them both, while keeping them alive and giving himself a chance to find out what is actually happening.
2) But he is never really given the chance to process his emotions and feelings. Right after Crowley leaves, and before he notices the Metatron entering, we see Aziraphale standing there with his eyes closed. He is trying to give himself a moment to feel those emotions and make sense of what has just happened, but the Metatron's immediate arrival denies him that opportunity.
This expression on Aziraphale’s face probably perfectly reflects all the tension, pain, despair, and pressure the angel is experiencing at this moment as the Metatron keeps pressing in on him. There are tears in his eyes, which he had tried to wipe away when the Metatron entered.
His jacket is creased from Crowley’s hands. His jaw is tense, and he repeatedly looks out the window in desperation, trying to distance himself from the Metatron by even a few steps, to keep some space between them, whereas with Crowley he always tried to close that distance. This is even visible in the scene where he calls him to come with him, he doesn’t try to pull away; instead, he moves closer and closer. With the Metatron, however, he only retreats.
3) I think many people already know that this white bust in Aziraphale’s shop symbolizes the Metatron and his surveillance.
In this frame, Aziraphale finds himself positioned between a statue of the poet Sappho and that very bust.
