I can’t get out of my head how even though Jax abstracted and never got a chance to be her true self, I feel a little better knowing that Leeroy still exists out there. She’s got a long life ahead of her and has a chance to discover herself and come out at her own pace. From what we see in the finale, Leeroy is already finding community and is happier than she was when she left home. Jax may not have gotten a happy ending, but there’s still a chance for Leeroy to have a happy one.
