Everyday urban mobility
Three characters shows us a daily mobility pattern and the importance of a public space to engage in face-to-face activities. The basic scene constrains or permits its users to be at the same place and time and effects the quality of social interaction which is fundamental for a human well-being.
Of course there are many types of interactions and factors that interfere in this process and choosing private means of transportation to a public one is more comfortable. This tool used for linking people increases the non-co-operative behavior effect, which is rational, "but collectively inefficient" ( European Commission, 1996; Camagni, Gibelli,1996).
The public transportation network show the understanding of the daily urban mobility only on functional and operational level.

Being John Malkovich
Sandro Miller 's latest project : recreating scenes from photographic history
The project is titled "Malkovich, Malkovich: Homage to photographic masters". In the series, the character amazingly morphs into everyone leaving us speechless.
.."John is the most brilliant, prolific person I know. His genius is unparalleled. I can suggest a mood or an idea an within moments, he literally morphs into the character right in front of my eyes. He is so trusting of my work and our process...I'm truly blessed to have him as my friend and collaborator".

Leap of faith
A leap of faith, in its most commonly used meaning, is the act of believing in or accepting something intangible or unprovable, or without empirical evidence.
I look back and see that is a MUST from time to time to take a leap of faith. Thus, why leave your comfort zone, when the unknown is wide and scary?!
But it’s even more frightening to contemplate a life unfulfilled. So I found some quotes of interesting people to guide me through the unknown.
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. –Steve Jobs
When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say, I used everything you gave me. –Erma Bombeck
It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might has well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default. - J.K.Rowling
And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.- Paulo Coehlo, The Alchemist
Are you ready now to take your leap of faith?
Mârie Adôre I Sweetness I Power I Thrill
Mârie came to Paris at an early age and discovered the city's charming nightlife, full of interesting artists with whom she had some blossoming collaborations. She wanted to be a journalist and a writer, but she finally gave in to music and became addicted to it.

The sound of her music matches her voice perfectly, without constraining her to a certain music style. Professionals noticed her continuous improvement in her singing, something that surprised even herself, when seeing how well she performs. Hip hop and RnB influenced her childhood and she used them as her weapons to sing, although also being influenced by : Ennio Morriconne, Françoise Hardy, Barbara Streisand, Diana Ross, Burt Bacharach, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Elvis Presley, Sade, Marvin Gaye.
Hahaha!
Les sons qui m’ont accompagné au cours de l’enfance: Ennio Morriconne, Françoise Hardy, Barbara Streisand, Diana Ross, Burt Bacharach, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Elvis Presley, Sade, Marvin Gaye."
She flirted with the idea of a collaboration with Rémi Caritey, but only after seeing some of his short movie clips, she decided to start working with him on "Et toi" music video. The mix between her ideas and his creative and artistic touch concluded into shaping the characters and give them a place to blend in.She confided the photographer Manu Brulé for the aesthetic part and she surrounded herself with other professionals that advised her all the way. Choosing the actors was evident : Thomas Bérard and Landy Rakotomalala for their charm, charisma and looks. The shooting was idyllic and everyone played their part really well, making the music video a complete success.
She will be performing live on stage on July 22 at Café de la presse, Paris. She is also working on a new ep that will be launched next year.
"Le prochain concert est prévu pour le 22 juillet au Café de la presse. Je suis actuellement en train de mettre les dernières touches à un ep qui sortira en début d’année prochaine, si tout se passe bien."

Ready for a new challenge? Find the story behind the image! Share your story!
I got many interesting mails related to my post from 3 weeks ago and I have decided to ask one of you to write the story for this animated image.
This week choice was Malina who gladly respond my challenge.
"It was the first time she was there without him, wondering about all the questions but she already knew they were worthless.
From time to time she let herself fall a bit into depression; like that she could enjoy more the accomplishment of coming back into reality. Bitter and sweet, this game of falling into the past… It let her face her old feelings, the anger, the desperation, the love, all the feelings she had for him. Now she only feels the emptiness. She keeps trying to re-experience what they have seen together, trying to bring some happiness into her life, but the story has changed: he’s that mountain on the right, strong and cliffy like he’s always been, impossible to befriend with if you don’t respect him. She was the shapeless hill on the left side, not knowing what will become of her, trying to melt down into an invisible plain, or maybe growing to reach him. He would be so proud of her finding back that power she had that height and that fearlessness. And the valley, oh the feelings she had towards that valley that split them apart! The water that fell between them… It all started so discreetly, without them noticing. They were too much in love and they didn’t see the erosion coming nor that valley being created. Suddenly they became two separate entities. He had his own world now, a world full of people being missed and mourned. And she was still here, in this world, not knowing how to live it anymore.
Breathe… Breathe… Breathe! Watch the sky and feel the wind! That’s how you know YOU are still alive: “Well, Hello Austria!!! Do you happen to still have two mountains that are not split by a valley?!”

So, will you be late... again?
Boaz Cohen and Sayaka Yamamoto launched an unusual clock prototype. A mini shell structure replaces the system of hours and minutes. The 12 vertical outwards axes are pivoting the central volume creating a moving circle.
"The shell is a simple representation of a circle divided in 12, one for each hour, and then each section-line has a different length, also in 12 increments. We drew those lines from the center, and only then connected them, happily discovering the 'shell' form. It was a classic case of form follows function," said the designers.

Story within a story
I got some interesting emails concerning my post from May 6.
Very different points of view and stories. It's nice to see different interpretations on the same subject. You are open minded and it's really good!
So, as I result, some of you made me think; why shouldn't be 3 stories into one?
Here is the result. Can't wait to read your emails!
Have a lovely - no rainy - Sunday !

Et toi
.......qui te fait souffrir?
The bitter taste of love unshared. The lips, the touch, the smooth skin, the eyes, everything that haunts your thoughts and crawls on every little piece of memory of him. It's one thing knowing that he doesn't love you, because there is always a sparkle of hope, but seeing him falling in love with a another person it's even cruel. That 's the story behind the video.
Mârie Adôre launched her video on Wednesday night, at Favela Chic in Paris, in a lovely ambiance with a piano bar and candles. An intriguing, sombre space with some rayons of light coming from the metal lamps hanged in the bar area.
Above the piano was the screen were we watched for the first time the clip. The team, friends and family were delighted to see the love story. We watched more than a few times, maybe because we wanted to see the result of something we were all involved, but most importantly we wanted to support her because she is simply amazing.
Then, we had our private concert and guess what. Impressive! A strong voice and an elegant stage presence.
Hope you ADORE her music and share it with your friends.

L'EXTIME
One of the things I love about Paris is the art and the cultural diversity. I get in touch with different artists and designers and I am glad to be a part of their world, which by the way is very interesting.
Paris is the main source in the art sector and it has its way of informing and enriching the public through diverse collaborations and experimentation projects.
I was invited to the L’EXTIME exhibition with selective work of Sergei SVIATCHENKO, Eric PILLOT and Jennifer WESTJOHN.
Now I have some images of their work in my head. When I see something intriguing, I think of Sergei and then I can meditate in a gigantic white/grayish photo of Eric and lose my mind in Jennifer’s ‘green’ majestic pieces of nature.
'I've got a story to tell'
It's an exercise. You look at the photos and you write your story. What do you see. You describe. One building. Green-yellowish grass. Frame. Position. Lighting. Characters. Subordination. Anything and everything that crosses your mind and that inspires you. Make it a letter or make it a message. Send it to me and let me see how a picture worth a thousand words.
Give me 'your' story behind 'my' frame.
Send it to: [email protected]

A graphic haircut
Choosing a hairstyle can be very difficult, especially if you are afraid of changing. I stopped being afraid of that. It is something that we need to explore and to adapt it to our personality. Every picture below express a new chapter in my life. I used to have long hair, but in my case, I find it boring now. Sure you can do a lot with long hair, but now I prefer it medium, and even short.
I wasn't that kind of girl that gets upset if her hair is 2 cm shorter then before. But every time I wanted to cut it and try an interesting haircut, the hairdresser told me every time I have a beautiful long hair and I should keep it that way. And I left the hair salon upset every time, because I couldn't make up my mind! And I was upset with myself!
One day I did it! I went to see a Chinese hairdresser, in Paris and I told myself: today is the day, I'm not going to change my mind. And he couldn't change my mind, because I didn't speak that well French, and English wasn't one of his major!
I had a stupid smile on my face. I didn't even care how he did it as long as he did! I felt relieved! And actually, my major constraint was the society and it's time to adapt changing. I got amused every time I saw my conventional friends faces reaction. And through time, it became very import for me. It defines the person I am. And I got the chance to meet Toni and Guy stylists and I'm glad to have knocked on their door. I try something new every time and they are full of ideas and open minded. It's an whole new universe to explore! I get inspired with every new haircut!
Easter Funny Postcards
I'm an architect, so I spend most of my time in the office or in the field talking to engineers or craftsman, industrial workman, and designers, being the link between all of them. But sometimes I am in my own world, dreaming, fantasizing about designs, ideas, objects and space.
So, I took the time to handmade my own postcards, again, because I believe in authenticity, individual and original ideas, against the international and corporative ideas.
A good way to let your closest ones know you are thinking about them is by sending them a small postcard or a message and share with them a special moment even if you are miles and miles away.
Let them know that human connection is more important in life and the basics are about caring, celebrating of good times and mutual understanding. Share your thoughts with your closest ones and send them a postcard!
