Some roads used to lead us somewhere but just like temporary love, it withers and the next thing you know it's leading you nowhere

I found him. He killed me. My death killed him.

"To find your partner, you have to feel a thousand pain. If that person felt the pain as much as you do, he's the one."

I grew up seeing everyone trying to get hurt and trying feel the pain only to find out that the pain they felt weren't enough to suffice the emptiness that only one can satisfy - your soulmate.

Everyone dared to get hurt though it wasn't enough. And everyone found out that we have to hurt a thousand times to find the one that would kill us.

As for me, 19 years was never enough to find my soulmate. It wasn't enough (will never be enough) to find the one that would hurt me until we both die.

Everyone said I was running out of time as if my life was a time bomb .I was only waiting for my end.

So, I hid in every alley to stay alive - to keep myself from the hurts of the cruel world that allows everyone to get hurt until they found the love they all been waiting for -the love that'll kill both of their hearts.

I kept myself from all the world's hurts until I found him - clutching a knife.

My heart knew it's him. My body knew it was him. Unconsciously, I found myself walking towards him.

I opened my umbrella and covered him.

His stare met mine.

"Are you tired?"

He looked at me as if he was unmoved by my presence.

That time I knew I had to protect him - I had to save him with all my might.

He just looked at me on the eye. And that time everything went as if it was a fast forward.

I saw wedding bells.

Children laughing.

Whispers of "I love you's" .

He stabbed me before I even say my name.

"D- - -" and I realized I was already dripping with blood.

"I'm Destiny"

He held my hand with a tight grip. I know for sure that I wanna live longer and live with him but he already killed me - Desire already killed me.

Everyone started to gather at the crime scene. Two persons were seen dripping with blood while holding each other's hand.

It was her

Standing in front of an ugly old mirror,

Looking at her reflection expecting for terror,

Waiting to see a strong monster no one could conquer,

But a fragile girl with tears appeared and it was her.

It was her who taught everybody to remain strong,

But it was her who silently cried herself to sleep for too long,

It was her who had the liveliest smile,

But it was her who cried all night to bargain a smile.

A smile is something she wants someone to offer,

For she knew it was something she is ought to remember.

Remember those times she stumbled but remain standing?

Or those times she cried without them looking?

Or those times everybody doubt her identity?

It was her whom I saw stumbling down that hall,

It was her but everybody doesn't know a thing at all.
