actually I love that the guards hide during the prison break. they don’t behave like goofy tv mooks who go out in a blaze of glory trying to defend the station because they’re true believers, nor do they provide unnecessary resistance to make the tension higher while the prisoners escape by engaging in pointless shootouts. they’re dumbasses with a horrific day job and know that something very bad is going to happen to them if they try to confront the thousands of prisoners they’ve spent the last several years of their lives torturing. so no shit they decide to hide

i was a bit nervous about mcu-ification when i heard andor would have a post-credits scene but shoutout to andor for using a post-credits scene not to force a cameo or to advertise the next show they have coming out but just to fill you with Realisation and Looming Dread

you realize how terrifying star wars can get once the stormtroopers actually start hitting their targets..

like normally stormtroopers are basically used as props. they are there to make the empire seem massive and authoritarian but they never actually do anything of relevance unless the plot calls for it.

but in andor? fucking terrifying. when they got the order to shoot at will and you saw just how many people actually died, how many bodies were laying there. they weren't just props to make the empire seem big and scary, they were military soldiers who killed as many people as they could once they got the order. It was fucking horrifying

I’m rewatching Andor and god even over 6 months and another Star Wars show release since it wrapped up, it’s still absolutely insane to me that it even exists. Like this maturity, this “boots on the ground” feel, it’s unmistakably Star Wars, but it’s so radically different from anything else we’ve ever seen.

It's like a competition to see who of the two is more in LOVE and Gwen definitely WON by far.

At their farewell in ITSV, Gwen wanted to kiss Miles but she hadn't dared to do it and she realized it too late (Her lips are all puckered up)

That girl revealed in polaroid the photo she had on her cell phone and brought it with her everywhere

Every day she thought of him for a year (and i bet she even dreamed several nights of him)

She literally hallucinated with the image of Miles in the windows lmao

She dedicated songs or long drum solos to Miles, venting like mad all her frustration at not being able to be with him (Yes, that is much WORSE than the drawings)

She could no longer lead her life normally without him

Gwen didn't care that Miguel had appeared out of nowhere until she saw her interdimensional clock and automatically thought of Miles

All the while Gwen was talking about Miles with her friends

She put THE ENTIRE MULTIVERSE at risk just to spend an afternoon with the LOVE of her LIFE, it's INSANE

Her mind is clouded every time she's with Miles and several times she just gets carried away

She got jealous as HELL because Miles had a less than 10 second conversation with another girl and dragged him off on a LEASH

And she created an ENTIRE rescue team just to save him

Yes, Gwen is definitely the biggest SIMP in the multiverse by FAR

If Miles is in love with Gwen, she is TWICE as MADLY in LOVE with Miles
