Well pandemics can be too stressful and hard to cope up with. With covid 19 shutting all doors to our old normal lives, we have a new Mask life that is now going to be the ‘New Normal’ for all of us.
Masks,social distancing, physical distancing,quarantines etc can be disappointing and stressful to our minds
So how do we cope up with this ?

Have you ever seen a burger without the bun or making of yogurt without the milk or a sandwich with out the bread?
Never, Right?
How will you ever expect yourself to be okay when you dont look after yourself.
Self care of a person can be different when compared to another. For many selfcare is to maintain a good lifestyle and for some is to love the way they are. For some making oneself busy is a form of self care and for many, to take a break from work.
But why is self care so important?
Well, the answer is simple. How will you explain yourself or introduce yourself when you don’t even know what you are and what defines you.
Self care just about maintaining a lifestyle or else, it is about spending time with yourself. Knowing what you like and what you love to do. Who you are and what makes you a better person. Your likes, dislikes, your best side and the dark side, nobody can know u the way you can about yourself. Because nobody can/will understand you. Nobody can share your pain.
They can just feel you a little, maybe because of empathy.
