Week 2 day 5 1. Today's evening session 2. Fastest 4-6 km today , yayπ₯π₯π₯π₯ 3. Today's calorie intake and burns π₯π₯ Hello πππ Since I turned yesterday into a disaster , I had wished to do a little something extra today , luckily my mother started waking me up since 5:12 am and I finally left the bed at 5:50( yeah that's right), I went for a 6:20 to 8 am , yoga exercise meditation session , in the evening an 30 minute game session and for night I decided to jump into week 3 of the my first 5k program since it's a thrice a week program, and yesterday I had all day to rest , also I think I perform better when guided, so it was 15 sets of 1 minutes walk and 1 minutes run , I was hesitant in the beginning if I would be able to complete it so I started the jogs slow , kept it slow until lap 10 and then slowly increased the pace , the last 3 rounds were: 13- 220m/min 14-260meter/min 15- 340meter/min I felt overjoyed really when I actually completed it , I walked back home afterwards and that's how my 5k+ walk/run/jog target was completed , yipeeeπππ₯π₯β‘β¨β¨πͺπͺπππΊπΊπππͺβΊοΈ https://www.instagram.com/p/CTP2uuDBsvf/?utm_medium=tumblr

I know I suck at basketball ππ€£ππ€£ and I could see those fats bouncing but the whole point was burning calories, damn 30 minutes of continuous game felt way too much exhausting than my everyday jog !!!! Me at the end Hey everyone so this weeks "my first 5k" - week 3 completed, Today's session consisted of 10 splits of 2 minutes walk followed by 1 minutes of run after each split. I don't know why I was feeling extra tired today even before I started, and I felt it really difficult to complete today's 5k tbh , So possible reasons that I can pinpoint: 1. Sitting on the computer from morning 11am to 7 pm 2. No window between the session and eating - chips- 2 hours before Pears 30 minutes before Boiled eggs right before the workout, 3.
