I live very close to Helsinki airport and have lived here soon four whole years and I’ve gotten pretty much used to all types of planes taking off and cruising right over my apartment building and it takes quite a lot to wake me up at 2:30 am in these conditions but a military hornet taking off takes the cake

#what’s going on here #and the hornet took off from Helsinki airport and not from a separate military base #colour me confused #also at first it sounded like a plane is falling from the sky and probably right on my neighbourhood #but after some seconds I realised it was a hornet and my whole neighbourhood is awake rn #everyone’s discussing this online bc this just doesn’t happen here #my windows were bloody shaking and so was the building #like how low exactly was it when it went over #idk it’s too early and I’m too confused #yap tag
