Just imagine a late night with Wolfwood and Vash.
Everything is still and quiet, which is very rare in Wolfwood's line of work, especially when he starts traveling with Vash, you, and the others. He takes the moment in by lighting a cigarette and taking a light hit, and exhaling slowly, enjoying the menthol burn. He sees the moons glow brightly and smiles as he looks at your sleeping figure holding vash tightly. He loves how angelic you both look in the moonlight. He notices the soft breaths of sleep and the small gap of your mouth being open as you breathe.
Vash stirs awake as he hugs you tightly. He notices Wolfwood gone out of bed and turns his head to the window to see the man sitting on the window sill.
"you should be asleep, needle-noggin'," Wolfwood whispers as he moves from his spot towards the blonde.
"missed your weight." Vash whispers, voice heavy with sleep. You start to stir awake until Vash runs his fingers through your hair. You move down to hide in Vash's bare chest and kisses his chest where his heart is.
"Wolfy, come back to bed" you whine and Wolfwood chuckles at the nickname and gives into his lovers and crawls back to bed.
"Can I get in the middle?" Wolfwood questions quietly.
Vashs moves from you which makes you whine from lack of warmth and weight Vash was providing you. Wolfwood quickly replaces Vash's warmth with his own as he lays on his back.
Vash lays on one side of Wolfwoods chest, and you take the other side of Wolfwood. His heartbeat runs through your ears, which makes you nuzzle into Wolfwoods neck. You grab Vashs hand and kiss his knuckles, and hold it as you close your eyes, enjoying their presence, not being able to back to sleep just yet. They think you are asleep so they take the opportunity to talk.
"How did we get her?" Vash asks, and Wolfwood kisses the crown of your head.
"I have no idea, man. I am scared we will lose her if she continues to protect us from gunfire or when we get attacked." Wolfwood confess solemnly as he turns to Vash and looks into his pretty blue eyes.
"Me too. I want to protect her till I die, but she would do anything to protect us, even if it puts her life at stake." Vash hides in Wolfwoods neck as he felt tears running down his face.
Wolfwood takes his arm away from you, which makes you whine, and rolls over to look at Vash and cups his round cheeks as they are ruined with tears, and he smiles.
"We both know she would protect us no matter what. She knows the cost of protecting us even though she knows it will kill us inside if we lose her. She loves us too much to watch us get hurt." Wolfwood says to help console the blonde, and Vash sighs at the smoker's words.
"You're right, Wolfwood. I hate that you are right." Vash says.
Wolfwood kisses Vashs forehead and smiles.
"Get some sleep. We have a day of traveling tomorrow." Wolfwood says as he moves back to lay on his chest, and you move back to your spot and search for Vashs hand. Vash gives you his hand and smiles.
"Always needing touch huh baby?" Vash teases.
"I don't know what the last time I am going to e able to touch you is ,going to be so I am trying to get the touch of your skin engraved into memory puppy," you whisper as you open your the blonde's eyes soften.
"You can touch me as much as you want, sweetheart," he says, and you smile as you kiss his hand and lace your fingers with his.
Wolfwood uses the hand that is holding your side and moves it up to your face and makes you look at him. He kisses you softly. You feel yourself melt into a puddle as you let a small noise come out of your throat as you tighten your hold on Vashs hand and curl your toes.
Vash laughs at the sight of your toes curling. You do it every moment Vash or Wolfwood kisses you. The two men find it adorable that they have that effect on you by just kissing you.
Wolfwood pulls away and you press your forehead to his and smiles.
"You are perfect, y/n. Don't ever change." the raven head says.
"I don't plan on it," you say as you lean over to Vash and kiss him. He smiles as he pulls his hand away from yours and cups your cheek while rubbing his thumb across the soft skin.
"Sleep now, boys," you say as you move back to Wolfwoods side and close your eyes.
Wolfwood gives Vash a goodnight kiss and holds both Vash and you tightly and falls back to sleep as Vash snuggles into him and grabs your hand again, and falls into a peaceful slumber
