When you feel Compassion . . you make a “picture ” inside your heart … which is so self similar to what is outside of you … that the “outside” falls in … and the process of Recurring Inside-Out turning Nest, becomes implosive Self -Organizing. This is how waves ( vibrations) gets “embedded” . Each time a wave moves in . . a longer wave can surface … this ability to catch longer and longer waves, is “Ascension” . . Riding the waves ! -

Dreaming of being submerged in cosmic freedom and expansiveness….
To be truly radical is to make hope possible, rather than despair convincing.

The Bridge Poem
I’ve had enough I’m sick of seeing and touching Both sides of things Sick of being the damn bridge for everybody
Nobody Can talk to anybody Without me Right?
I explain my mother to my father my father to my little sister My little sister to my brother my brother to the white feminists The white feminists to the Black church folks the Black church folks To the ex-hippies the ex-hippies to the Black separatists the Black separatists to the artists the artists to my friends’ parents…
Then I’ve got to explain to myself To everybody
I do more translating Than the Gawdamn U.N
Forget it I’m sick of it
I’m sick of filling in your gaps
Sick of being your insurance against The isolation of your self-imposed limitations Sick of being the crazy at your holiday dinners Sick of being the odd one at your Sunday Brunches Sick of being the sole Black friend to 34 individual white people
Find another connection to the rest of the world Find something else to make you legitimate Find some other way to be political and hip
I will not be the bridge to your womanhood Your manhood Your human-ness
I’m sick of reminding you not to Close off to tight for too long
I’m sick of mediating with your worst self On behalf of your better selves
I am sick Of having to remind you To breathe Before you suffocate Your own fool self
Forget it Stretch or drown Evolve or die
The bridge I must be Is the bridge to my own power I must translate My own fears Mediate My own weaknesses
I must be the bridge to nowhere But my true self And then I will be useful

We treat each other the way we treat ourselves. A little open mindedness can go along way right now. Interacting solely with people you agree with is stagnating
Relevant 👏 One less chain off of the membrane. Wish more people could support each other in situations like this, instead of appropriating malicious behavior just because "she's your mom"
SHARE & SUPPORT: THE #FRISCO5 Day 17 of their hunger strike in unwavering solidarity with oppressed and undermined victims of police brutality, injustice, and indifference.
Effort is its own reward
I wanna know their names
Their names are Carlos Polanco, Carl Snyder and Alex Hall and they defeated the Harvard debate team on the topic of access to education for undocumented children

Honestly this is so great.
“The political writer, then, is the ultimate optimist, believing people are capable of change and using words as one way to try and penetrate he privatism of our lives. A privatism which keeps up back and away from each other, which renders us politically useless…
Coming to terms with the suffering of others has never meant looking away from our own. And, we must look deeply. We must acknowledge that to change the world, we have to change ourselves- even sometimes our most cherished block-hard convictions.”
Excerpt from intro by Cherrie Moraga, October 1983
Entering into the serpent after this one 🌚🌋🌞🌌 A must read!
"It is important-even in the face of depressing history- to maintain a distinction between the human capacity and necessity to create a sexual world, and the empirically oppressive ways in which sexual worlds have been organized. Patriarchy subsumes both meanings into the same term." ~Excerpt by Gayle Rubin from 'The Traffic in Women: Notes on the "political economy" of sex
My fervent hope for 2016 is that there are fewer articles and tech hacks preaching at women — particularly young women — about how they should be speaking, writing and presenting themselves to the world. Maybe if their communications weren’t constantly picked apart, even by well-meaning observers, they’d have more of the deeply felt confidence they need to succeed.
