Are you inside a body right now?

Question: I have been experiencing something during half asleep state where I seem to float or my soul seems like it about to leave my body i wonder if this is a sign of increasing in sensitivity?
Answer: The Mind assumes that a "you" has been living inside a body since you were born. The Mind speculates that this "you" will leave your body some times in the future. Please notice, all these assumptions were made by the Mind. But you have never been living inside anything, let alone a lump of meat called "a body".
If this is a shocker to you, you need to be noticing more sensitively from now on. Is there a thing called "body" actually existent? Not actually. There seems to be an energetic image of which the Mind defines as "body". There seems to be a sensory feeling of which the Mind characterizes as "a bodily sensation". Other than the Mind's definitions and characterizations, you can never be deterministic as to whether there is actually a thing called "body" existent anywhere.
Characterizing any feeling originating from a body is a pure hypothesis. You can never actually determine that is the case. I am not denying the feelings you are experiencing. There are obviously all kinds of feelings and nuisances that are impossible to describe. I am only pointing out that these feelings don't actually belong to a body and don't actually come from a body. All sensations including vision, hearing, touching, tasting, sensing, are none other than energetic effect of Infinite Radiant Energy, i.e., SELF.
The visual feeling for "a body" is not actually from a body but is the energetic effect of Infinite Radiant Energy. The touching feeling for a "body" is not actually from a body but is the energetic effect of Infinite Radiant Energy. You mentioned that in half sleep and half wake period, you seem to float outside of your body, and seem to have left your body.
Actually, you are never inside a body. But the Mind has been narrating that "you are the body" and "you are inside the body" for so long that you are accustomed to accept such narratives as fact. But such narratives from the Mind are illusion. During half sleep and half wake period, the grip of Mind momentarily became loosened, that is why you came to a realization that you are floating above your body or leaving your body.
You are never actually inside a body although the Mind constantly suggests otherwise. When the grip of the Mind becomes loosened, there may come a profound realization. Such profound realization may help you realize that you are not actually inside a body despite a strong feeling being fed by the Mind suggesting that you are. Right now, even if the Mind is suggesting that you are inside a body, you are not actually inside a body!
This is a realization that you would come to sooner or later. You don't have to leave your body because you are not actually inside a body in the first place. The seemingly bodily sensation is a harmless energetic effect of SELF. Experiencing a seemingly bodily sensation is not a problem. Experiencing such a sensation does not actually establish it as a fact. You are not actually inside a body.
But images of bodies can seem to rise in the energetic field of SELF. You may see many bodies in the energetic field of SELF. We may conveniently name the energetic field of SELF as "consciousness". All that you see in your consciousness is your very own energetic effect. All that you experience in your consciousness is your very own energetic effect. The Mind designates one image as "my body" and designates other images as "other bodies".
Then, such an illusory basis of separation is assumed to be "truth". Please notice, all images appearing in your consciousness is your very own energetic effect. There is not actually any thing in your consciousness, let alone bodies. If you don't get it, see if there is actually anything inside your dream experience. Energetic effect leaves zero residue because they are empty in nature.
Energetic effect seems very real and very powerful, but such "realness" and "powerfulness" is only a make-believe similar to that in a dream experience. Such "realness" and "powerfulness" are interpreted by the Mind and can only intimidate the Mind itself.
So, it's like that the Mind is scaring the Mind itself. It's like a funny self-perpetuating loop of illusion. However, if you mistake the Mind's interpretations as "truth" or "reality", you would suffer because you are getting duped by such interpretations.
