Even if an abuser or someone who's hurt you is trying to do better or changing for the better, doesn't mean you're obligated to forgive them. At the end of the day, as a victim, you get to decide how you wish to live out your life, no one else. You should never have to settle.

Pain doesn't go away. It scars. Sometimes it heals, sometimes it reopens.

I'm thinking a lil about tsams as I write this, but this applies to any fandom, to real life! If it's in your power to do so, do what's best for you, so that you don't feel anymore hurt.

I won't lie though, I know it'll be hard. Sometimes leaving could be hard, dangerous even. It could even be unfair. It all depends on which path do you think will hurt less, and if possible, able to get as much help as possible. Life isn't fair, so sometimes, it's up to us to make it fair, to leave the pain behind and begin a better life. We don't deserve it. Nobody does.

I genuine couldn't go without making a part 2 to this. I had NOT expected the amount of support I would get on the first one and I from the bottom of my heart cannot thank you all enough for the nice comments and reblogs. Like, seriously, 1K LIKES?! I think expanding on Sun's fire magic with my own ideas has been the most fun I've had in a while. I HOPE TO GOD they do something with his fire magic IT WOULD BE SO AWESOME. But, hey, even if it never comes to be and we are stuck with fireballs, it can still live in imagination. And maybe even in fanart if people decide to use or even add onto these ideas further 👀 wink wink nudge nudge

Hey so... I had a really bad day at work today, so apologies if I sound rude or bitchy. I just wanted to talk about yesterday's episode a little. No I haven't seen today's, I'll watch it later. I might rant at the very end about my job, so you can skip that if you want-

You know that two people can both be in the right and the wrong, right?(albeit, one might be a little more right or wrong, but point still stands)

Either party should feel the way they feel at the moment, since of course, it wouldn't be fair to them. At the same time, their actions speaks volumes, and if they did something that warrants a very bad reaction, then they shouldn't feel upset if the other reciprocate in a manner that seems fitting for them.

While that applies to a lot of situations within TSAMS, when talking about Sun and Rosiebell, the same still applies. Both have done something to the other that wasn't at ALL pleasant, and it shouldn't be forgiven. But at the same time, both(more Rosie obviously) want to do better and live a better life. I don't think only one party is only wrong, and I don't think one party is only right. Again, nuance.

Idk, I DID ask for messy, and I got it. I'm just surprised(not really) that some see it as a one sided thing. But I suppose I should've expected that and just ignore it. If I want the story to be messy, I believe some of the fans should be allowed to be messy as well. Just, not disrespectful. There's a difference.

Yknow what I kinda miss? Dazzle, Jack, and Molten playing together. It was a nice episode to watch when they play, and it was even more fun when Sun joined in for playing.

But Dazzle's more, mentally older, a little anyways, Jack's got way more trauma, and Molten is unfortunately gone.

I doubt it would happen again, but I'd like to see it one more time. Maybe Tj can join, along with Charlie and the rest of the kids. Bigger adventures and fun, yknow? Probably be harder for Sun to "host", but I don't think that would be bad at all ^^
