Me, before I saw this: old timey dancing in cartoons has to be over-exaggerated for effect
Me, now: old timey dancing in cartoons had to be toned down to promote a sense of realism because they were too good at it

UNMUTE!!
POV u are delicious
I also enjoy video of this man’s dead wife
The glare from the sun occasionally obscuring her face does kinda make me think that the viewer is struggling to remember her
The immediate cut to the most dead wife video ever took me out lmao
She is completely valid
Kitty!... long leg kitty!.. uh, creechur?... OUPPY

I LOVE THIS GUY.
All those "spend just 35 minutes doing a bunch of really hard exercises and you'll feel great forever!" videos are really discouraging. I usually end up doing like, 2 minutes of some of his while waiting for my shower to heat up, and ykw?
That's 2 minutes more than I would have done otherwise.
oh hey I have a thing like that last one that I like to do sometimes, but I do it lying down in bed. it's a very satisfying pop/shift in my hips/lower back, but doesn't always work. maybe I will try his version and see if it is more effective for me
LISTEN TO THIS MAN.
Every single video where he shows stretches/exercises, he gives multiple ways it can be done like he does here- some standing, some sitting down- and he started making these because he felt all the fitness videos were aimed at people who are already active on a regular basis and that made people who weren’t active felt like there was nothing they could do to start moving.
He calls it “it’s not exercise, it’s just moving around” and “movement is for everyone”
I was hospitalized for two weeks with Guillain-Barré Syndrome earlier this year (basically when you get sick and your immune system goes- okay would it be sooooo random if instead of attacking the virus- I attacked your nerves instead until you’re paralyzed- would that be fun? Should I do that?!) and had to relearn to walk, climb stairs, get down on the floor and get back up. When I could barely move, I could do what he did in his videos. His stuff is legit
(His name is Coach John Noel by the way)
Ok but that cat has fantastic swedish pronunciation
