I don't ship Emorie because aside from the fact that Mor is a badly written token gay character with no real development whatsoever, she's also someone with extremely questionable views in universe too. She views illyrians as savages who r beneath them and cannot be fixed. And while that can be a good character arc (or not. Idk how Racism is Bad is that hard), I don't believe she'd actually GET ONE because the IC is Always Right. And to add to that, Mor, as one of the ruling class, is also responsible for what is happening w the illyrian women and girls, and she too has spent 5 centuries not giving a shit. Not to mention she literally does nothing for the women in the part of the court she rules directly. She is hateful of those she considers Other, and she loves to c them suffer. And while all of that can be redeemed, I do not believe sjm would ever admit Mor was wrong. So no, I do not like the idea of Emerie being w Mean Girl™ just because they're the only queer girls in the series. because I'm a homophobic misogynist, apparently

I really REALLY want to learn something more similar to cartoon style because my shit takes AGES to draw and I want to draw MORE things not draw longer.

How do you simplify? How do you go faster? How do you learn a style so different from yours?

I like to think of Beron's beast form as either a salamander (and honestly, who doesn't?) or three headed chimera from greek mythos. Just look at this beauty!

As for Eris, I absolutely love reading when people write his beast form as a dragon. Such a classical, legendary creature suits him so well.

What I haven't seen done often enough is making his beast form a snake. Firstly, I love snakes. Secondly, people call him "a snake" or "a viper" all the time (even Lucien!) and I just like the idea of him embracing it just a little bit more. So, in my head, Eris' beast form is Żmij, a dragon-like fire breathing winged serpent from Slavic mythology who's name basically translates to "viper".

14. Share one of your favorite headcanons for the unnamed Vanserra brothers.

Not mine, but : Twins. Twins and one of them died while pursuing Lucien.

It's just gut wrenching. The angst. The horror of loosing the second half of yourself, something that should never EVER be separated from you. Being born together but dying centuries apart. And now, the surviving brother cannot look at the mirror without seeing his lost twin.

I blame fanfic writers for it. I hate love all of you.

Drag Queens absolutely need to exist and prosper and I actually have weirdly personal stakes in it.

My hair thinned so soooo much that there is no way to cut it or style it in flattering way. No matter what I do, you will see my full scalp. Even my family started to hint that maybe it's the time to start wearing a wig.

I bought two cheap synthetic wigs (because I have a budget here) and they're too small for my big brainy head. It's a standard size. I cut the elastic at both sides so I can actually wear them but they still don't fit correctly. Those specialised "large size cap" wigs are usually the "nice wigs" and are out of my "cheap synthetic" budget.

You know what is not out of my budget?

Drag Queens' wigs.

You know what doesn't leave my head very itchy?

I just can't wait to be paid this month so I can buy myself something nice, cute and fitting.

Ready for some more gut wrenching Eris Headcanons?

Because I have one idea💡

Eris didn't take part in the first war as his father seen him as too inexperienced to survive it and Beron was dead set on protecting his legacy. He wanted to hide his son somewhere safe and he asked his friend - High Lord of Night - to hide him somewhere unexpected.

So they did hide Eris. In Prison.

So, Eris sits there in the dark, in a cell, surrounded by monsters and is slowly loosing his mind. Being locked away in a dark cell, with his magic failing to cast any light, was bad enough. Being surrounded by monsters made him uneasy. But the real nightmare? If they loose the wall, he never gets out. If they win but both High Lords fall in war nobody will know to let him out. He doesn't know when he gets out. Or if his fate was already sealed but he doesn't know this yet.

When they finally collected him, Eris had no idea how much time had passed. Sun outside hurt him, his own fire hurt him, he had to be blindfolded to be brought home. He could barely walk. So Beron keeps him at the lower level of the Forest House until Eris is presentable again. The cover up was that Eris spent all of this time on continent.

When he is imprisoned again in Under the Mountain it makes him uneasy and everything is awful but it's bearable. He isn't alone. There is some light. He can use his fire magic to at least keep the darkness away. He can walk the corridors and ponder the similarities between the two and the Hewn City to keep him busy.

Later, Feyre collapsed a cave on his head. "Thankfully" he lost consciousness and woke up only after his brothers dug him out. So he wasn't stuck there for long.

And while being tortured by Beron is terrible, at least he is not alone. There are guards in the dungeon and light in the scones on the walls. And as much as sometimes he feels like is father is going to kill him or the pain will break him, he hopes that Beron will never find out what really terrified Eris.

Eris is afraid of the dark.
