I wholeheartedly agree with this video by @burnsopale
They are reluctant to form a team because of the individualistic environment around each one of them, plus they felt forced to do it
Olivier and Giancarlo's families have been knowing each other since before they were born, therefore they spent some summers and winter holidays together
Olivier got into beyblading after seeing Gian with his beyblade
Ralf and Johnny didn't know each other, Olivier and Enrique before the European beyblade tournament
Although he is the eldest guy in the team and probably among the underage characters, Ralf has stricter rules to follow at home (no Internet, no concerts unless it's classical music) because his parents think the world outside the castle is kinda corrupted
Johnny is not an aristocrat actually (I wrote a whole FF about this, in which he finds out his biological father is a musician he admires)
