Don't know if anyone felt like this while reading Frankenstein but while I was on it, when I saw that the creature was killing innocent people and Victor being a coward, I sighed and all I wanted was to grab those two and put them on time out like two bad kids.

I end up resenting and loving the creature as much as I did for Victor. In a way he became much just like him when everything was over.

Although I love the memes, I guess that's why I'm not that much into "the creature's a baby" narrative in the fandom. I didn't see a baby when I was finally knowing the creature, I just saw a man.

I wanted to hug them both and slap them both.
