Mad Max discord
hey so I know stuff is pretty quiet in the fandom these days but I made a discord server for general Mad Max fandom stuff, check it out here
please note, however, like the old Skype chat, the server is limited to people 18yo or older. we do have separate opt-in NSFW channels, if youâd rather not see that kind of stuff!
the server is also for ALL Mad Max stuff - not just Fury Road! some original flavour Mad Max/Road Warrior/Thunderdome love is cool, as is the video games (even the 1990 one).

Local polecat manages to make a friend. Â Something quick I did between working on comic stuff
Snuck (left) belongs to me while Diesel Guzzler (right) belongs to @about-a-warboy
many, many years after the MMFR fandom has undoubtedly moved on, guess who makes a war boy OC
his name is Hopper and he starts calling himself a greenthumb when he finds a talent for tending to the crops of the citadel
DRIVER EIGHT AND THE CARRION KID
I drew a couple of old mad max fury road ocs for the first time today after @carrionkidâs new URL reminded me of their existence. Witness Driver Eight and the Carrion Kid, a team of war boys known for making long distance trips for the Immortan in their tricked out post apocalyptic Prius.Â
Eightâs a oligodactyl black thumb gearhead with a passion for some action, Kidâs an apprentice of the Organic Mechanic who carries bandages around his neck, feathers on his arms, and a chip on his shoulder. The two of them together are a terrible buddy comedy waiting to happen.Â

Here is Shackle playing on a jar of Hog campâs own brand of fine booze: Hog Piss! Buttery and smooth, Hog Piss is the perfect refreshment after a stressful day of collecting bounties and fighting mutants. Relax with our classic flavor or upgrade to Atomic! Brewed by our resident Pissmaster General @tripdwyr aka Olde Pissy and available only directly from Hog Camp during #wastelandweekend Shackle is too young to drink so no Piss for him! #hogpiss #Beastbox #missmonster #missmonstermel

We thought filmmaker George Miller had been working on Mad Max: Fury Road was in the making for about 30 years, but some shiny new evidence has come to light that suggesting the film was in the making for millennia. Japanese artist (and sometime War Boy) Takumi created this awesome illustration depicting the plot of the movie in the style of Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. The clever piece of fan art, described by Takumi on Twitter as the âcomplete Mad Max mythology,â is packed with characters details from the film.
Takumi also shared black and white drawings of the piece on his Facebook page:
