Very 80s/90s suspense horror
+1 for the establishment of excitement/happiness of seeing dinos before the horror aspect
+1 for children being realistic. Yeah I'd pee myself if I fell off a cliff. And yeah I'd flip if a herbivore was that close to me in a tree
-1 point for Dr. Hammond not being as evil as the book
Honestly loved seeing Malcolm really taking up a fatherly role. It felt like character development
+1 for mentioning carnivores vs herbivores parenting styles
+1 for Udesky's death. That's a man headed for the Field of Reeds 💯
Rich people tricking and torturing a man with PTSD? Damn if that ain't real
I like this one more as a comedy than horror. Which is why I will not dock points for PTSD funny Raptor dream
+1 for Pterosaur enclosure horror??? LOVE MY SCARY BIRDS
Monster implications explored more with Indominous Rex
+1 for mentioning Military exploitation of monster assets like the books
-1 for making me look at Crisp Rat
-1 for not picking a genre. This feels like it can't pick between Romance, Horror and Action/Adventure and not in a cohesive way
We are back in the Horror department baby!! This is very 00s/10s horror and I'm here for the evolution
Loving the black market plot
Ngl I don't mind the clone girl thing but it feels too far out of left field and irrelevant imo. Kids dislike watching animals die and would've released them regardless, could've had any conflict with her grandpa and had similar results
+1 for THERIZINOSAURUS!!! MY BELOVED
-1 for making me look at Crisp Rat
Solid modern horror with a touch of hiding the death like 90s horror. Very nice
Nice variety of newer dinos
Wish D-Rex was explained more especially if there's Human DNA. The books use human DNA and it would've added more to mention how human it is but was implied with its behavior
+1 for Duncan. This man is peak
-1 for plot holes around people not being interested in dinos. Dinosaur kids will always exist and people feel empathy for dying/endangered animals. This feels unlikely.
I'm not docking a point but they so should've went after blue whales since they're the largest mammals for a cardio medication but whatever
-1 wish we saw/heard more about how people around the equator live near dinos
