Nodding, Skywarp wiggled the finger gently that Thayle had latched on to. “Where are we going? Do I have to fly or can we just teleport there?”

“Out in the desert. Red keeps caches in case anyone is incapacitated away from the base. I’ll just tell him later it got broken into.” She grinned and hugged his finger with one arm while tapping her wrist comm. “Sending coordinates, Scotty. Beam us to the sauce.”

With the coordinates cached, Skywarp picked up Thayle in his hands and teleported to where Red’s “secret stash” was located. He wasn’t thrilled that the area was sandy, but drinking sounded better than worrying about sand in his servos. He sat on the ground before placing Thayle down and sighed again.  “Why the desert?”

He didn’t feel like being around anyone. He just wanted… he didn’t know what he wanted, and he felt too drained to put effort into thinking about it. The human wasn’t one to give up,so he resigned himself to being dragged along. “Okay, fine. But just for a little while. And you better know where a stash of energon is. I’m all out.”
