🌎 During Guerrilla (gorilla) Trek (2019) in rural parts of Nepal Himalayas, we met a 90-year-old strong woman Amma (grandmother) in Dharapani village. While she was working, Anna clicked her natural emotional photos from her smartphone. She was very happy when she first saw her photo on the smartphone. When we tried to communicate with her and asked her life story, then we came to know that she lives alone at the age of 90 and she has no children, she was very sad. Then we try to help her in work so that happiness returns to her face again. While working she told us about their culture, lifestyle, relationships, attitudes, and values. She came from socially backward and economically weaker homes. I think that she is a real traveler Who dares to live life even in difficult circumstances of life. 🤷♂️Many people ask me the question, where exactly should I go in the Himalayas for meditation, simple work, and living life with the local people? 🌎According to the current situation of life we stuck in one place and one thought that is our Health. We, humans, are surviving on this mother earth. We are scared and worried about our health and future. We believe we humans create this problem ourselves. As we slowly see the light at the end of the tunnel, together, let’s hope for a better year, full of good health, and all great things. 👉Himalaya is the best option to improve health and meditation, the atmosphere is so good and that place our breath is getting stronger and we feel powerful if you want to plan to go Himalaya let's see.
