A series of events:

1. I put in an Annual Leave request form almost 3 weeks ago and my boss has not approved it yet

2. I went into my office today and replaced every single writing utensil with crayons in preparation for April Fools Day on Monday

3. Whilst searching for pens to remove, I found my unsigned Annual Leave form in my boss’s drawer

4. I placed my unsigned Annual Leave form in a photo frame and put it on his desk

5. The frame I used was from a photo of his kids that I deemed less important than my Leave form

6. My boss sometimes goes into the office on Saturdays to work

Not me living my Kanej dream during one recent summercamp. Long story short, I started seeing this boy every night from bedtime to 3am, so it was pretty dark when we'd meet. We always met at the Bridge and every time I was there first. So, as a Six of Crows fan and a hide-and-seek professional, I hid in the shadows, next to a tree, under a bush, anywhere really.

And when he came, looking for me, I stayed put. At least until he turned his back on me, that was when I emerged and before he knew it, I was by his side.

I know it isn't much, but every time I appeared from thin air, I remembered Inej disappearing into the shadows, following Kaz out of sight...

I don't know, I may be weird. But I had fun. That counts, right?

A professor gave us an extra credit option: take a picture of yourself outside, doing something that you would not usually do. We were told not to take it too seriously. Here is my entry:

Hello to everyone asking for an update!

The professor has said that he will put all submitted pictures into a powerpoint to be shown in class tomorrow (Tuesday, March 9th). I am very much looking forward to seeing the reaction from him and from the rest of the class. I promise to keep you informed.

Update: the professor saved my picture for last. I was told that I had "truly embodied the spirit of the assignment" and that I had gone "above and beyond."

Also, to everyone who is worrying about whether or not I got my head out, I was gifted with a very small head, and while I got out just fine I would NOT recommend this if you have a large head or even a normal sized head.
