Lately I find really hard to draw, I cant find any motivations to do it, my mind just goes blank whenever i try to draw since: how could i post or do something unrelated with this tragedy? Simply i couldn't i felt bad, guilty. But i have to post something so my socials dont die, so i wanted to do something related with venezuela, this was an image that really hit me the first time i saw it so i wanted to give it a little honor drawing it, its bad, ugly but i least i feel can help to do something, KEEP TALKING ABOUT VENEZUELA

And we learned from this video that because of a 1999 study, to this day, there's a black correction factor for the creatinin levels in black people's kidneys, meaning we're less likely to recieve a kidney transplant if needed.

So if you go to a doctor, feel you aren't getting proper treatment or they refuse the treatment you've requested, say to them the following:

I will need you to document on record that you are refusing the treatment (or medicine) I've requested, and the reason you are doing so."

This works. I have used it in other situations. If medical staff have to document and take responsibility and be on the hook legally for doing shady shit they behave much differently.

The thing about Argentina is that people have this idea of how the country is (usually promoted by some first-world country) and so they already made up their minds about us. We're the villains and we are never not going to be if they refuse to interact and listen to what we say or how we are.

"Argentina is racist" there are racists, yes, like everywhere. They are loud, like everywhere else. Right now there is a US backed right-wing government that Is fucking us over, like in half the world.

"Argentina is white" we had a huge wave of european migration, yes, as well as jewish, arab, chinese, african and from the rest of latam. We also have multiple indigenous peoples and cultures that first lived here. The afroargentinians had a huge impact on the independence and foundation of our nation and culture. The myth that argentina is white is promoted by right-wing groups.

"Argentina is full of nazis" the nazis came to Latin America (not just Argentina) through the back door in secret and had to change their names, unlike the US which gave them jobs at NASA.

By the way, this is not unique? A lot of countries had similar experiences in their histories. But somehow Argentina gets all the bad rep.

Mob felt bad for him. He tried to send him home. He didn’t want to die. But there was no way to get rid of Verity forever, and both of them knew it.

But also, since Verity said that Mob was the first and only one to have come back after running away, this is the only time he could’ve seen a player physically remove themselves just to get away from him.

That really must suck for Verity, knowing all of his friends leave him, and the only one who didn’t decided that dying was more favorable than being around him.

Mob gave an AI the ability to not only think, but to hope. The first and only time Verity felt hope was immediately taken away. He’s hopeless in every sense of the word. Hopeless to the cycle. Hopeless to having a friend. Because Mob was his hope, and now he’s gone.

This isn’t my usual kind of post I’m sure and this might not even get enough attention but so what.

people are suffering out in Venezuela. The earthquakes have already taken so many people and lives and you know what? It’s not even the actual earthquakes for a lot of people. Venezuela has been driven by corruption and poverty and has been purposely ignored for years. I’m only lucky I wasn’t there because my parents worked so hard to get us out. And that’s how a lot of people survived.

that’s what most people have to rely on because no one is doing shit. We’re not gettting supplies, aid or enough money to save half of what we could’ve. I don’t live in Venezuela but I do know this could’ve easily been me and so could my family there. It could be anyone and it was for thousands of people.

there’s no other way to describe this but as unnecessary loss, there is so much that could be done but hasn’t because corrupted money hungry pigs are too busy protecting their credit cards. I’ll never learn what it was like to be there as a victim, the family of a victim, the family of a victim that’s been told they have to dig their loved ones bodies out because the government’s a cheapskate or how rescue teams feel watching someone alive, die because they don’t have the right supplies.

I won’t know because it’s inhuman and unimaginable but it happened. It happened to so many people and I’m tired of people pretending as if this isn’t happening in Venezuela or anywhere else.
