CONCEPT: megop au where Megatron is supposed to become the next prime while Orion pax is part of his primal/high guard. Through some sort of random bs Orion finds the matrix of leadership beneath the primal palace and accidentally absorbs it or whatever, therefore granting him to turn into Optimus prime through magical girl type abilities. With the matrix missing the senate starts putting out hits on Megatron to get rid of him while Optimus just keeps happening to swoop in and save the day every time, all while hiding his secret identity and dealing with the obvious crush Megatron has on him
