I feel like some people on tumblr genuinely cannot fathom the idea of relating to transmascs/admitting transmascs were right about something.

Every time I come on here, I'll see another 'transfeminist' with hundreds or thousands of notes, talking about a phenomenon that is supposedly unique to 'tma' people, and then I'll squint at it and its literally something transmascs have also been talking about on this site for over a year*.

Aftercare ideas that aren’t just “cuddle”: presented by yours truly:

• Taking a shower together where you help the other person to wash back, arms, not sexual, just romantic, and you tell them how pretty they are or hug under the water.

Never forget aftercare is NECESSARY, prolonged or not. dom drop is real, comedown is real, and aftercare will never be an optional thing.

some more interesting elements in The Jedi Path:

there are 9 "marks of contact" across the body which under Jedi saber instruction are used to end a battle by stopping, inhibiting, or killing an opponent.

in regards to the 9 Marks it is Anakin/Vader who we see in on-screen text use the more merciful and Jedi-approved manner of combat towards both Luke and Dooku, and Obi-wan who uses two forbidden (& dark-sided) marks on Vader and Maul.

So I was thinking abt orc reincarnation.

What orcs are and where they came from in Tolkien is somewhat dubious. The story in the published LotR and Silmarillion is that orcs are elves who got all fucked up by Morgoth's science experiments, but there were various explanations played with in the drafts and many have pointed out that they just kinda don't seem to fit into the broader scheme of things.

One interpretation I heard someplace (I disremember where, which is a shame b/c I like it a lot) is that being an orc is what happens when you get sent to Elf Hell. The idea put forward was that when an elf swears service to Morgoth, it makes Mandos go like "Hmm, this one's not quite ripe yet I think" and rather than getting a Mandos vacation they're stuck serving Morgoth until some unspecified time in the future, like little baby nazguls. Like this is probably what happened to Maeglin. An orc mom and dad have a brand new orc baby who's destined to grow up to hate his dad and try to fuck his cousin. There's lots of reincarnation talk in the drafts so I think it's a nice theory or headcanon or whatever you'd call it.
