“Do you usually accost random strangers in the street and ask them for drinks? Just wondering.” Maybe he was a lunatic escaped form a psych ward, though he was fairly decently dressed, and that told Cecile he was not.

"No. But when I see someone interesting I tend to speak to them."

“Thank you.” she smiled. “Been here most of my life, handsome. Born and raised. Why’d you leave New Orleans? That sounds like a fun place to live.”

"That's the thing. New Orleans is too much fun. I need to focus and stay on the lane I'm on."

“You work from home?” With a nod of his head, he turned around to head to the nearest bar. “Should I or do you know where you’re going?”

"Fifty percent of the time yes." He said as he begs walking by the man. "Uh, well I just moved to Boston so I'm hoping you know where we can go."

“that’s what i tend to do.” the shimmer in her eyes were so clear, flickering with excitement coming from his appreciation. “yes, i can.” lee said with an almost shy grin blooming on her face. she caught the words from his very short phone call, she was a little surprised because probably that ‘something’ was their conversation and his words after that phone call proved that. “i say, fair enough. where are you taking me?”

"Let's go to Top of the Hub. That place has amazing food."

“You picked the right person to ask. I’m new here too, so my social life has been….pretty dire. Let me grab a coat and I’m totally in.”

"Perfect, I'll just stand over here." He said as he grinned at the woman and walked over to the door and gave his ticket to the valet. "Just have to get my car and we can head out. Do you know any good places?"

“Man, I’m down for some brainstorming. I just feel like I need to give my brain some rest first.” Fabio laughed. “ Really? What upcoming things?” He asked, intrigued.

"Things for my buisness. Needs something different. Like new designs for my clothing store and a new label to my families bourbon business."

“I’ve only been here a few months, really, but my go-to place is the bar downtown. In case you need drinks that — while don’t come at a cheap price — are pretty fuckin’ good. Do you want to check it out or nah?”

"I don't care about the price I just need a good time. I'm up for going, but would I need to change out of this suit?"

“Xavier. That’s a great name!” Andrew nodded his head, he still didn’t know why this man was talking to him. “I’m Andrew. Millfield.” He said with a nod of his head. “We’ve never met before, right? I’m pretty sure I haven’t seen you before.” He said. Maybe he was indeed a genuinely nice person who just wanted to grab something to eat, but it sure was suspicious.

"Pleasure to meet you Andrew. Also no we have never met a day in our lives. I just thought it would be smart to get out and see if asking strangers to go out for a drink would be something different in my life."

“I’m all for a little bit of odd,” Sage grins, tucking her hands into the pockets of her bright coloured raincoat. “Where do you have in mind?”

"Any place with good vibes, music, and drinks. That's all I need in my life right now."

“Honestly - who wants sex to come with contracts and rules? It’s fucking not a contractual alimony agreement.”

"You know what, my favorite part of the Fifty series is when he puts the money in her account." He said as he chuckled and looked at the guy. "But I know man, just have to be on the moment for that to happen."

“I doubt the first part. I love free drinks though. Just know I’ll be watching you and my drink the whole time so… Don’t try anything funny.” Scarlet threatened. “Can I get your name? So I’m not entirely creeped out about hanging out with a complete stranger?”

"Names Xavier Broussard, and I promise I won't put something in your drink."

“Good. Because they are the best. Spicy cheese and little homemade chips.” Mila smiled at the tall stranger “It’s just this way.” She pointed with her hand left down the street motioning the new direction and started to walk that way.

“So why haven’t you left your house in so long?”

As Xavier walked by the woman he looked around the area. "Just work. I run two businesses online and one that needed to have some focus on. So it just shut me in until today when I finally finished."

“Right now? Seems like you’ve caught me at the right time. Normally, my schedule is a little too tight for anything spontaneous, but surprisingly, tonight I’m free.” She raised her brows, almost as if replacing that movement with that of a nod.

"Happy to hear that." He grinned. "Now where would you like to go? I'm up for some adventuring."

“Let me show you around. Ah NoLa! I’ve been there, it’s a quite lovely place.” Maya smirked. “I do but it depends on your mood. Do you wanna go somewhere fancy or not?”

"Thank you so much, it's nice but too crazy for me right now." He chuckled as he looked at the woman. "Surprise me. Just make sure it’s going to give us a damn good time.”

Xavier put his blazer back on and grinned. "The best thing I've heard in a while." He said as he began to follow the woman.

“Oh. Yeah, sure,” Mason shrugged. “I’ve only been here a month or so myself, so I suppose socializing is something I should be doing more of,” he nodded with a small laugh.

"Well perfect, now are you up for bar hopping? I mean you have to do it to find the perfect bar."
