This is page is for book related things. Reviews, my thoughts, discussions. Feel free to ask me to review a book or even suggestion you think I might like.

The package I got today. To add to my growing collection. One damaged, The Rules, spine arrived ripped and damaged. I pretty sure it happened during binding and printing of the book. Though may have been shipping I contacted Booktopia cause worried the damaged spine might cause issues once I start reading. Though the other 20 books arrived perfectly fine! Very happy with purchase.
Very late post my package from Booktopia today reminded me of my January package. So this post is very late. Booktopia Haul. All books arrived packed well. Though one hardback was bent on the corner due to post. I have read a few of these already. Was a Christmas gift to me.
Everyone I have cared for has either died or left me. Everyone - fucking except for you! So don’t tell me I would be safer with somebody else, because the truth is I would just be more scared.
Next read is up! Finished The S Word. It is on my review list along with Belzhar and Glimmerglass. Now going to crack into The Vanishing Game. Was going to start The Sea Witch but I decided to go onto the same sort of path as The S Word.
Which was a great book and written very well but EXTREMELY predictable. I figured it all out by chapter 6 to 12, though that’s for the review when I get to writing them again.
I found my cute unopened magnetic bookmarks from craftedvan, that I got from a book subscription box awhile ago. How cute is the skeleton!
“The door swung open at once. A tall, black-haired witch in emerald-green robes stood there. She had a very stern face and Harry’s first thought was that she was not someone to cross.” - Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
When your character suddenly decides something major about themselves that you weren’t planning for at all and now you have to do a lot of research to make sure you understand it enough to write about it.
