It’s 3 am but I knew if I did not block down the important bits of this drawing it will never reach the vision

The vision: Tylepë with the rings, big shadowy Annatar in the background (yes there is space for that I cropped the drawing)

Ugghhhdh that right arm is an anatomical atrocity, I will have to fix it later, nobody’s humerus is physiologically that long, for the amount of time I have studied anatomy my ability to translate that onto paper is still in the trenches

This is a continuation of the idea of inserting music from EPIC into Silm scenes; for this drawing reference the last verse of There Are Other Ways: There are many ways of persuasion There are many modes of control Maybe showing one act of kindness Leads to kinder souls down the road I remember actions of passion I have been in love once before Maybe one day, the world will need a puppeteer no more Maybe one day, the world will need a puppeteer-

Also looking at my past art I am now acutely aware of my lack of consistent art style. I should probably work on that but 1. I like experimenting and 2. I have not found a style that I’m satisfied with and am able to consistently produce. Thoughts or advice, anyone?

Going through old photos to save storage and suddenly I was reminded of the time I picked up ZZZ and played through the entire quest (that was available at that time) just to play Miyabi’s quest and roll for her, then drop the game. Idk I just really liked her shingshingshing (three guesses as to who I mained in Genshin)

Man I love this guy he seems like he’d make a really good friend and I spend way too much time brainrotting about him and I still can’t get over his death and my friends have probably heard too much about him and also the entire history of middle earth from me but I physically cannot shut up okay bye for now

Visited St Edward’s Church, which apparently inspired Tolkien’s design of the Doors of Durin.

Happy Easter, and thank you to the church for being so kind to Tolkien trail hunters 😅 in the world’s current situation it really is comforting to see a space expressing people’s kindness and acceptance of others, no matter the background, beliefs or situation.

I highly recommend a visit, and to give them your support if you are able! <3
