you could weigh 200lbs more than me and i still would not think you’re ugly, MY body dysmorphia and MY ED does not extend to you
What I learned from eating:
It’s better not to eat
I had a movie night with my husband tonight and we ordered pizza in. The night itself was nice but honestly the pizza and cheese breadsticks weren’t even that good. Such a waste of calories… Thankfully I ate less than I usually do, and there’s left overs but ugh. I NEED to remember that next time I want junk food. It’s really not that great.
Getting to your ugw is a slow process but giving up won't speed it up
the time will pass anyway
body dysmorphia is one thing but add some face dysmorphia into the mix and oh boy that’s what i call a bad time
Guys!! I just came across this app/website, it’s called “eat this much” and it’s so good so many meal ideas and you stay in your limit!
My Motivation.
🥀 I will be comfortable in summer clothes.
🥀 I will be stunning at my brother in laws wedding and piss my husband’s family off.
🥀 I won’t be embarrassed about my thighs or stomach anymore.
🥀 I will have my hip bones ribs and collar bones more noticeable.
🥀 I won’t feel like such a disappointing blob.
🥀 I won’t be embarrassed to go out with my husband.
🥀 I will be able to wear my husband’s sweaters and still look skinny.
🥀 I won’t be embarrassed to shop for clothes or try them on at the store.
🥀 I will have skinny toned thighs.
🥀 I will be the skinny new girl when we move.
🥀 I will be my husband’s tiny little wife when introduced to his new colleagues.
🥀 I will look good in our “Vegas wedding” photos coming up.
🥀 I will fit my clothes more comfortably.
🥀 I won’t have to strategically pick one specific photo to post because they will all be good at every angle.
🥀 I won’t have to try so hard to be pretty.

Does anyone have any “safe” recipes/meals that I can cook for my husband. He always wants me to eat with him but he has quite the appetite and it stresses me out. I’ve been adding veggies to them so my portions look bigger but it’s still so difficult to do so every single day. Plus he notices when I start to slip into old habits… we have a trip coming up and since being married I’ve put on so much weight… I’m so embarrassed.
Do you have a dedicated thinspo folder on your phone or are you normal
my biggest fear is liquid calories ,,like wtf its a drink it shouldn’t have calories.
