Simple Symptom Tracker

If you're like me, a uterus owner who doesn't know what the fuck is going on- this might be for you.

As I've been trying to navigate tracking my symptoms of my cycles and PMDD, there's frankly not much out there that has a comprehensive list of symptoms.

My tracker is a simple word document that you are free to edit, use, print, share. A possible link back if you feel inclined. I didn't want to download an app to give a company my very sensitive data, nothing suited my needs via etsy or other printables. Here is a screenshot of the available document:

I promise the text is bigger and easier to read, I had to zoom out to get the full document view. There is a little space at the bottom for additional notes. Is this paper friendly? No. But is it a start to tracking what's going on and to show your doctor? Yes. No frills, simple to the point. I hope what you're going through, you can see helped soon. You are not alone.
