hey so I actually work in a restaurant owned by Bobby Flay which is why I’m sending this anonymously so Bobby flay doesn’t come for me ANYWAY he actually is kind of a dick. I’ve met him on a bunch of occasions and rarely is he nice or appreciative of his employees and when he is it almost always seems fake. Love the people I work with on a day to day but Flay himself isn’t a good guy and definitely not a good boss
