Tumblr! I need your help!

Normally I don’t ask for stuff like this from anyone but I am desperately wanting to help my nephew with this amazing opportunity he has been presented with.

Normally I’m not good at laying down the facts like this but I’ll keep it short and simple.

This letter right here was received a little over a week ago. It’s a letter stating that he’s been selected to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum this summer. He’ll be going to do schooling to become an engineer. I can’t even put into words how proud I am of this boy. He is absolutely amazing, well behaved, and extremely intelligent. It breaks my heart to think of him possibly not being able to go to this thing because of money. He deserves this chance.

They need to raise $1,200 before within the next two months for him to go to this school.

But the problem that lies in all of this is that his family isn’t able to pay for him to go with such short notice.

Tumblr! I need your help to help this amazing child have the opportunity he deserves for education. You all managed to get someone a fluffy chicken, can you at least spare a few dollars to help a child get an amazing education opportunity?

Going on hiatus

I've been putting off saying anything because I wasn't entirely certain if I would need to do this or not, but I think that it would be best if I stepped away from Tumblr for a while. I've had a lot of stuff come down on me lately and I think it'd be good to step away from things for a bit. Hopefully I can come back soon.
