Started reading Ninth House a week ago. It's going slow since I've only been progressing on my commute to work. This may contain spoilers for the first book so if you haven't read, skip away.
I haven't actually finished it YET. I'm almost at the end and I just HAD to look and see if there was MORE. I thought it was a standalone but after the whole thing in il bastone and blake and sandow and the talk at the hospital, I just KNEW it couldn't be over. That or Leigh just became really sloppy.
Anyways, so...
I want to fucking know if Darlington ylis ever going to come back in any kind of way. I am CONSTANTLY thinking he will appear in the next turn of page. After the whole ordeal with his (supposed?) summon I just had to start convincing myself he won't come back.
But my mind keeps playing tricks on me. I keep thinking he will come back.
Honestly I don't want people to telm but I'm still so frustrated...
Please ignore my rant but DO let me know if the rest of the books follow Alex too...
