Bambam talks about idol rules in his interview with GQ Thailand
Bambam said, “The first one, and the most important one, I have to have responsibilities and be punctual.” He continued, “Especially, when I live alone like now. They give freedom to me to do what I want and they remind me that I am mature enough to take responsibilities for what I do. They have taught me the limits and how to learn from experiences.”
It turned out that the strict rules have not been applied to him only during the trainee days. Bambam revealed that in his early days as a GOT7 member, he said that all the members were prohibited to have a cellphone.
He explained, “We had been living in one dorm from our trainee days until our debut day. I have just come out from the dorm for 8 months. It’s a mandatory to live in one dorm in the first 3 years after dsebutting. The agency prohibited us using a cell phone during the first year because they want us to focus on our work. In the second year, they allowed us to have a cell phone but we have to be back to the dorm before 10 P.M. You can go back before midnight in the third year. From the fourth year, we can live by ourselves but we need to take care of ourselves.”
