Destined to calamity, one is born under the ominous star.
Another, beneath the star of solitude, bleeds alone.
The god of misfortune finally meets the one who lures it near.
If one is a magnet for misfortune, that is the god to answer those prayers. Thankfully, Wu Ming loves it. 🌸
1: The circus members are brain scans, this folder might be the abstracted members. CA_NeuralScans (Obsolete)
2: 'Abel' did exist, and the circles at the beginning of the episode were most likely Caine killing 'Abel'.
3: The circus was created on October 30th, 1996. Kinger's password is Queenie, and this confirms again that Kinger was his username.
4: Ragatha entered the circus on October 15th 2008, Scratch entered the same day but in 1999, and Caine in 1996. Interestingly enough, he is written in LISP, which has links to AutoCAD the modeling software.
5: Not much to actually say here, Caine's internals are protected by both him and bubble.
6: Assuming the GreenGrounds is the circus, Kinger was likely trying to inject the torment program (what the circus members are being tortured with??) with a daemon (automated process) in order to stop it.
Note a censored name [G_AN_]. My guess is on Grant lmao
Since these pictures are covered by Caine and Bubble, I'll write what they probably say.
"This IS a wacky word, but WRONG word!" "System selecting SAFEST option for reliability, cancel automatic selection? [Y/N]"
"Yes"
"Which backup do you want?"
"C"
"NONE Selected"
"Interpreted as: DELETE"
"Confirm deletion of current unstable program (or AI)?"
"No"
"Negative response! inverting to (?) per (?) protocols!"
"DELETE THIS MOTHER*****R, HAHAHAHAHAaaaaaaaaaaaa"
"No"
"Errored: Proceeding with ORIGINAL decision"
"Actually you're CONFUSED let me HELP, should this program EXIST [Y/N]"
"Yes"
"Override instruction error falling back to default metric"
(Kinger tries to yet again load a backup and stun Caine here)
"Are you really going to delete Caine? [Y/N]"
"YES" (This is where he accidentally hit delete)
The green little guy in the comic is not Fern, he’s grass sword/demon. And I don’t think he deseves to die.
Finn-sword-Finn killed him at the end because he thought (or we thought) the demon controled his mind and forced him to trap the original Finn. But is it true?
First, as my first comic showed, grass sword might be a little violent but is not bad at all. As a weapon, he did his best to help Finn.
Then let’s talk about Finn sword. Finn-sword-Finn is another Finn, but the two Finns are not totally the same. Because Finn-sword-Finn’s life went to a totally different way after becoming a sword. As a little boy who loves adventure, he was trapped in a sword for long time, then trapped again in a cocoon. After he finally came out, he’s not Finn any more, even though he thought he was.
If we see Fern as a fuson of Finn-sword-Finn and grass sword, we can easily find that Fern is just a greener, more violent Finn but can’t eat. So is it possible that inside of Fern, Finn-sword-Finn is playing Finn’s part and grass demon is playing the green, violent and photosynthesis part?
Grass demon dosen’t seem to have many problems. The only thing he cares is his birth. So after Fern asked the grass wizard some questions and kicked his ass, he’s problem solved.
But Finn-sword-Finn’s problem is not easy to solve. He called himself Fern because he couldn’t be Finn any more. We have another Finn over there, who got everything that belongs to “Finn” – family, friends, enemies… even us–the fans. He has all Finn’s memorries, all the seven seasons’ memorries, but the people he loved, the princesses he saved, the bad guys he fought with etc., they see him as a new guy.
Sounds unfair isn’t it? The worse thing is, in every single thing, he just coincidentally, unluckily lost to the original Finn again and again. How could he get used to all these after being protagonist for seven seasons?
So, does it still surprise you if this little Finn boy inside Fern wants to take his role back and be himself again? What about grass demon? Sure he’ll give some support as he always do. But if you say he controled Finn’s mind, then you really need to find him a good reason since he doesn’t love Jake or BMO at all!
There are some other evidence to prove that it was Finn’s mind working when Fern tried to trap the original Finn into a dungeon.
If Fern prepared this room for Finn in purpose, it’s obvious that Finn-sword-Finn just wanted to make the other Finn taste the feeling of being trapped in a sword! Besides, imagne if he did it in grass sword’s way – “VIOLENCE IS ALL THE SOLUTIONS!” We all agree that he can easily take Finn down when Finn hadn’t figure out how to use his robo arm right?
I’m not gonna judge Finn-sword-Finn to be evil. All that he has done is just to get back what belongs to him. But the END is hard to explain. The way he treated his great helper is unreasonable, the one who gave him a strong weapon, an arm, and then a green body. Maybe he just doesn’t want to face what he did. Maybe the creators think we fans are too fragile to accept a not-so-perfect Finn. So the demon was killed. Finn said “I’m me again.” Now everybody is happy.
