A small detail I love about combat in Expedition 33 is that when a character is waiting for their turn they'll do these "battle hops". Here's Verso, Lune, and Maelle (and Verso again from a diff angle) doing some, tho Maelle's is a bit obscured behind Verso.

it's so funny when you go back through the prologue again & you see the statues in the harbor and kind of just go

also, the way they use the statues together with Gustave is fun, like the first time we take control, this is the view:

(also yes we have confirmation they're supposed to look like Verso, they're literally called Lumiere Verso Statue on artstation so)

Since he wears what looks like an expedition uniform I would guess the people built them when they returned from Expedition 0 and put up the dome and all that. (Also, the fact they only opted for Verso and not Renoir kinda hints that he was the one who actually came up with the "tech", which makes another connection to Gustave who created the lumina converter).

Also, how neat it is that this is specifically canvas Verso being honored, rather than the original Verso. How, to the citizens of Lumiere and the team, he's the one that mattered (well, for most of them anyway).
