Man, it's been like a year and a half since I discovered I've been suffering from a panic disorder.

This whole mess started because at work I was setting someone up with the cell phone plan and it started to feel like I was having a heart attack.

Kind of crazy how mild stress can cause my body to go into fight or flight mode and the flight part being my soul leaving my body.
