ok guys so japanese lip–readers actually claimed that what satoru said to suguru in the JJK 0 movie was “Koishteru, ne, ryoukai”
now, based on google, it means “I’m in love with you, okay?”
and in japanese culture, these words are usually discouraged to be put in movies or shows because then it would devalue the meaning of the phrase— it’s such a beautiful form of love that the japanese people don’t approve of putting it in shows.
woah.

Y tambien, problemas amorosos.
Geto X Gojo, AU, fluff, BL, lovey dovey.
It all started with a kiss
The summer breeze gently caressed Satoru's messy hair. It had been a rather uneventful week for the curses; they'd completed a couple of simple missions and now they were bored to death in the shade of the training yard's trees.
Perhaps because of his idle mind, Satoru started thinking too much about an specific topic.
"Hey, Suguru." The boy turned his head toward his friend. "Have you ever had a girlfriend?"
The question puzzled Suguru. He hesitated for a moment before answering, "No, why do you ask?"
Satoru remained silent, unsure how to phrase his question. "Do you?" Suguru asked, seeing his friend's silence.
- I remind you that I was secluded by my clan for a part of my life. That's impossible.
Another gust of breeze ruffled both their hair as Satoru waved his hand in the air, dismissing his own question.
- Then why the question?
- Well, it's just that... I was thinking... I mean, we've watched a lot of movies this week and there's almost always a kissing scene between the main couple. It's not that I'm particularly interested in it, but since we could die at any moment, wouldn't it be sad to die without having at least shared a kiss?
The statement left the dark-haired man confused; thick lines appeared on his forehead as his brain processed what his friend was saying.
- Have you never had a doubt like that?
A faint blush appeared at the tips of both boys' ears.
Suguru opened and closed his mouth, still unsure of what he should answer, so he decided to be honest.
- I'd never thought of that, but I guess you're right.
- TRUE?
- But in our situation, seeking a serious relationship is too risky, both for us and for a potential partner, don't you think?
- Yes, but I'm not talking about marriage, I mean, I just want to know what it feels like to do it at least once.
The one with feline eyes looked at his friend in disbelief - A couple of weeks ago you said it was disgusting to share a bottle of water with Shoko, what's with your sudden curiosity?
"I don't know, it just occurred to me, I guess." He gently kicked a small stone that was resting in the middle of his gaze, which was fixed on nothing in the gravel of the patio.
They both remained silent for a moment until Suguru broke the gentle tension with an idea as silly as his friend's.
- Do you want to try it?
Suguru felt instantly embarrassed as he analyzed what he'd just suggested, but he didn't have time to grimace before Satoru took off his glasses, revealing his bright blue eyes. Like a pool of crystal-clear water on a Caribbean beach.
- Seem to you?
"That's a silly idea." Suguru laughed, dismissing his comment, but Satoru remained silent for a while longer.
- Actually, you're right. After all, it'll only happen once, and I wouldn't like to share my first kiss with someone weaker than me.
Suguru was stunned by the white-haired man's reasoning.
- I was just kidding; you know?
- But think about it carefully, we'll both clear up our doubts at the same time and we can settle the matter.
Satoru settled into his seat, turning his body towards his friend sitting next to him. Suguru tensed up when he saw that he was serious.
- Dude, we're men. Wouldn't that be weird?
Do you know any woman who might deserve to kiss the bearer of the six eyes and infinity?
- Not at all.
Suguru's purple eyes stared at his friend's blue eyes until he accepted, mentally regretting falling so easily into the other's mind games.
They looked at each other with conviction.
- Okay, let's do it
-Fuck Yes!
- Satoru, don't swear.
- I'm sorry.
They both sitting down facing each other. Suguru glanced around to make sure no one was watching.
“Don't worry, I'll keep an eye”.
Of course, he'd forgotten his friend had that quality, but he still wasn't at ease. He stood up and sighed, looking up at the sky before lowering his gaze again. Satoru also stood up.
"Do you want me to be more romantic?" he murmured, holding back a giggle that slightly intimidated the dark-haired man.
"Shut up, just do it." He closed his eyes, squeezing them tightly, as well as his fists on either side of his torso.
He opened one eye slightly and then saw a pair of blue eyes invade his personal space, followed by a pair of lips that brushed against his shyly.
Okay. That's all.
They stared at each other for a whole minute without saying anything, just feeling their faces red and hot like an ember.
"You know... it's not that big of a deal," Satoru said, breaking the ice.
- Yes... I was expecting more, to be honest.
- It's nonsense.
They both burst out laughing. They couldn't believe what had happened, but they could consider the kissing incident settled.
- It was disgusting.
- You were the one who came up with the idea.
Their laughter slowly faded as the excitement and embarrassment subsided.
"Well... let's have dinner, shall we?" Satoru suggested as he saw his other companions approaching them in the distance.
- Yeah.
They joined Nanami, Haibara, and Shoko's group. None of them mentioned their little moment, but during the rest of the dinner and their leisure time, they didn't exchange another word. Satoru ate listlessly, forcing smiles now and then, while Suguru didn't even touch his food. Shoko asked him if he was feeling alright, to which he simply replied that he wasn't hungry and shared his food with Haibara.
As 10 pm approached, they separated, each going to their room, sharing some laughs and saying goodnight.
Suguru stood in the middle of his room, staring at the floor, his mind blank and a tingling sensation on his lips.
Suddenly, his bedroom door burst open. Satoru barged in as if it was his own. It wasn't unusual for his friend, but at that moment, he felt out of place, especially since they hadn't spoken a word during dinner.
- What are you doing...
- You know, I was thinking. What we did earlier. I don't think it counts.
Satoru had a strange energy; it was as if he were anxious but determined at the same time.
- What do you mean? Wasn't that what you wanted?
- No and yes. I mean, it was really bland. Don't you think? Being the most powerful sorcerers in the world, we could have done so much better.
Once again, a look of uncertainty crossed the dark-haired man's face. In another situation, he probably would have yelled at him, calling him crazy, and kicked his friend out of his room, but for some reason, he couldn't find the strength to move.
- We didn't put enough energy into it, Suguru. What do you say we try again? But this time, do it right.
The last word came out a little broken from Satoru's throat as he saw the violet eyes in front of him change color, becoming a little darker.
- Okay... one more time, but that's all.
"Sure. Do you think I want to do this forever?" A mocking, nervous laugh escaped the white-haired boy as Suguru closed the distance between them slightly.
- I also think we can do better.
Satoru smiled this time with more determination, seeing that his friend was joining him in his foolishness.
Suguru approached the white-haired boy dangerously close. He didn't feel the infinity that usually protects his friend automatically, which meant he was off guard. He smiled to himself as he felt him shudder slightly when he grabbed the doorknob to close it.
"You don't want anyone to see us, do you?" he whispered mockingly.
Satoru clicked his tongue and was about to join in his friend's teasing with a retort, were it not for a pair of lips delicately pressing against his own. But instead of quickly withdrawing as he had earlier that afternoon, Suguru pressed down with a little force, feeling the smooth, well-cared-for skin of his friend's lips. Satoru had frozen at his friend's advance; not wanting to be outdone, he followed his instincts and moved his lips gently, slowly meeting the other's. Suddenly, a tongue traced the tip of the delicate pink skin, inviting the other's. Meanwhile, Suguru’s hands rose to either side, trying to grasp his friend's face, but were caught in their tracks when Satoru cupped Suguru's warm cheeks.
Although it had been awkward and confusing at first, they both gained confidence faster than necessary. Suddenly, they seemed to be experts at exploring each other's mouths.
Satoru, who had previously refused to share a water bottle with Shoko, now felt that the saliva he shared with his friend was the sweetest thing he had tasted in decades. At the same time, an electric current coursed through Suguru's insides, a wave of sensations washed over him from the waist down, and he knew they had to stop.
He separated from his friend, both panting and a little sweaty.
When did his hair come loose? How did the albino's glasses end up crooked and half-falling off the bridge of his nose?
One thing was certain. They had both enjoyed it, perhaps a little too much.
Satoru cleared his throat and adjusted his glasses, hiding his eyes. Without lowering his hands from the sides of the frame, he turned slightly.
- It… it wasn't...
Not bad...
Their words colliding.
- I suppose we can die at any moment.
- Yep. -Suguru glanced sideways at his friend, he looked cute all shy, too bad he couldn't rejoice because himself was a mess.
- That’s it.
- Perfect.
"You're not bad at all" Satoru laughed, trying to lighten the mood.
"Neither do you," Suguru replied, playing along.
They both laughed a little nervously. They said their goodbyes and Satoru went to his room.
There wasn't much time to discuss the details after that. The next few weeks saw them sent on increasingly demanding missions. Sometimes together, sometimes with another partner, but mostly alone.
One month, several months, a couple of years.
So many things happened that the kiss was buried like just another anecdote. One that wouldn't be shared with absolutely anyone. Until the white-haired man opened his mouth.
- Hey Shoko...
"What are you doing?" he said casually as he received the body of some sorcerer in his morgue to prepare his reverse technique and revive him.
- I came to visit you. It's been a while since I've been to... your refrigerator.
- Aha. Where's Geto?
- In Hokkaido, exorcising some curse. You know, this year's students are really good. I think I'm good at being a teacher.
- Glad to hear it.
- Actually, I didn't want to teach at the academy, but you know how persuasive Suguru can be.
"And your point is...?" Shoko cut him off with a tired look. Satoru realized he needed to get to the point.
- Can I ask you something?
She shrugged as she continued to rest her hands on the chest of the corpse on its mortuary table.
- Have you ever dated anyone?
- Gojo, don't even think about asking me to be your girlfriend or anything like that.
-What? NO. Not at all, how crazy.
- To answer your question, I've never dated anyone seriously; I don't have the time or the desire. Have you?
The body on the table began to move, which meant it was coming back to life.
- No, but... It seems like Suguru did...
"You mean that blonde who comes to visit him every now and then?" Shoko let out a mocking half-sneer without taking her eyes off her friend. "Are you jealous?"
A loud laugh seized the white-haired man, making his friend and the newly revived sorcerer shudder.
- Hey, put on a sheet or something - he replied to the (no longer) corpse that was looking at him with a face that was not friendly.
- If you want to enter the dating world just to compete with Geto, I recommend you talk to him first.
-What would I have to talk to him about? It's not like I have to ask his permission.
- Aha... Well, you two are close after all.
- AND?
- Take my advice.
Without saying another word, Shoko helped the not-so-dead man to his feet while handing him a hospital gown.
- I know you didn't ask me, but I think that blonde is really hot. –said that sorcerer.
The two friends looked at each other as the guy in a hospital gown left the morgue and headed to the recovery room.
*-*-*-*-*-*-
Winter was beginning to hit Tokyo when a call appeared on Satoru's phone.
- Hey, did you remember you have a friend who's lonely and sad?
- I just got back from Hokkaido. I think it's colder here; I never thought I'd say that.
They both chuckled softly; after all these years, they hadn't stopped being close friends. Whenever one of them was away for several days or weeks, they called each other constantly, and if not, messages were always plentiful. Some photos of Satoru's adventures, funny selfies, and the occasional delicious dish to tempt their friend.
It was December 23rd when Suguru arrived in Tokyo and the first thing he did was meet up with his friend in Roppongi.
- It's your fault for accepting that mission.
"I had a really bad time. I thought my friend could cheer me up," the dark-haired man said mockingly.
- Only if you brought the sweets I asked you to.
“I've had them in my grasp since I got off the plane. If only you'd turn around.”
Satoru spun around and there stood his dear friend Suguru. He was wearing a black turtleneck sweater, a long coat that looked thin but was definitely warm, beige trousers, and dress shoes. Sometimes he was surprised by how cool his friend was.
They got together and decided to go to a cafe to catch up.
- Did you miss me?
"Always," Suguru replied with a laugh. The words flowed easily between them as they shared the sweets Suguru had brought from Hokkaido.
-Hey, tell me... are you dating anyone?
Satoru's unusual and unexpected question left the dark-haired man frozen for a second. An awkward silence fell.
- Uh... I don't know... we only went out to eat a couple of times.
"Don't lie to me. She seems excited about you. She even went to the academy to ask about you." He murmured this last part with a pouty expression while playing with the small fork he'd been using to eat his favorite dessert.
A wide smile spread across Suguru's face. "Are you jealous?"
-Why does everyone keep saying the same thing? It just bothers me that someone weaker than me gets a partner first, that's all.
"Someone weaker than you? You're not talking about me, are you?" he said confidently as he brought the hot coffee to his lips.
They were silent for a moment; this time it wasn't awkward; it was a silence that didn't need to be filled with words. They had both learned to be like this and feel fulfilled.
"Tell me, what's that blindfold you're wearing? It looks strange," Suguru said, changing the subject.
- I have to protect these precious eyes.
- Yes, but why don't you just use your usual glasses?
- Are you saying I don't look great? I thought you were going to compliment my wonderful appearance.
The dark-haired man simply smiled, and once they finished their coffee, they left. They walked along the path filled with lights, the perfect setting for a stroll. Many couples crossed in the opposite direction, each one of the friends lost in their own thoughts.
"So you already had sex with the blonde?" the albino said, breaking the silence.
Suguru's face was a picture, his eyes squinting in disbelief while his mouth opened wide like a fish. Then he suddenly burst out laughing when he saw his friend blush.
- Is that a yes?
- Why do you think I should share that information with you?
- Hey, I was your first kiss. I deserve to know about your personal growth.
After what happened, they hadn't mentioned the kiss again except for a few times that ended in awkward moments, so the dark-haired man was surprised that Satoru brought it up so casually. Just remembering that night in his room sent a wave of heat through his body.
Satoru realized he'd said too much, but Suguru gave a small, shy smile. "No, buddy. Nothing like that."
Satoru sighed in relief, unsure why he was relieved that his friend was just as much of a virgin as he was, but happy nonetheless.
What he didn't know was that Suguru had gone out with Yuki a couple of times to see if kissing someone else felt the same as he had that night with his friend. He had tried both times and it had been a failure; it didn't even come close to the thrill of that kiss with Satoru.
When he got to his apartment, he took a hot shower and went to bed; he wouldn't be able to sleep again all night. The tingling sensation on his lips and throughout his body hadn't disappeared after all these years.
December 24th.
All the friends had agreed to go out for dinner and celebrate the day before Christmas. Officially, no one was in a relationship, so it was going to be a get-together with friends.
Suguru finished getting ready. Today he had decided to wear his hair completely loose, a black shirt with loose cloth pants, a gray scarf that Satoru had given him last year, and his faithful long black coat.
Upon arriving at the karaoke bar where they were meeting, he saw Shoko talking on her cell phone.
"Just hurry up," she muttered as she saw the dark-haired man arrive, and hung up immediately.
Nanami and Haibara arrived a little while later. Only Satoru was missing, so they decided to start drinking some beers, taking advantage of the fact that the white-haired boy wasn't around to scold them.
Until he arrived with the kind of loud noise only he can make. He wrinkled his nose at the sight of the beers on the table.
"I brought gifts for everyone," he said, carrying his Santa bag.
The atmosphere was filled with laughter as they opened Satoru's gifts.
- You put on the scarf I gave you last year - he whispered with a smile to Suguru as he opened his gift for this year.
- Of course, that's what it's for, isn't it? - he was surprised to see that it was a silver bracelet that he had been looking at in the jewelry store in Ginza a few months ago.
"No way, Geto's gift is the most expensive," Shoko said mockingly.
Don't lie, you have a Birkin!
- Thanks, friend. I love it.
The dark-haired man smiled shyly as he took the jewel out of its box. He'd only seen it briefly once back in October; it was true he thought it was fantastic, he'd even considered buying it, but he'd eventually forgotten about it. He glanced at his friend, who had the most radiant smile he'd seen in a long time. It was a shame he couldn't see his friend's eyes because of the bandage he was wearing. Then he remembered that he also had a gift for his favorite white-haired friend, but he decided to give it to him later, when they were heading home.
For the rest of the night everyone took turns speaking into the microphone, and as the emotions began to subside, Suguru sat next to Shoko who was lighting a cigarette.
"Do you want one?" she said, offering him.
Suguru accepted, and while he was inhaling the smoke, he watched as Haibara cheering on Satoru while singing a popular song. Nanami sat in front of them, passing a can of beer.
Shoko had noticed that her friend had been withdrawn for half the evening; his gaze wandered around the room, but lingered longer than necessary on a certain guy. That's exactly what he was doing right now. She saw him inhale from his cigarette without taking his eyes off Satoru. She gently nudged his arm with her elbow, almost wordlessly giving him a look that seemed to ask if he was thinking about him.
Suguru lowered his gaze with a slightly melancholic smile and brought the can of beer to his lips. Satoru's song had already ended, and Haibara lay sprawled on a sofa, exhausted. Satoru watched his friends getting drunk and his face contorted in disgust once more.
"I don't know how you can drink that stuff... it's disgusting. I'm going outside for some fresh air," he said, leaving the karaoke room.
Shoko's soft voice invaded his friend's thoughts. "Why don't you go with him for a while?" Her gaze said it all. The dark-haired man hesitated for a moment, but finally mustered the courage (perhaps due to the alcohol coursing through his veins) to get up and go outside for a bit.
The cold winter air hit him suddenly. He felt a slight dizziness that made him hesitate, unsure of the best course of action. After taking a couple of steps, he stumbled slightly but quickly regained his balance and dignity.
"Are you okay?" Satoru said, quickly approaching his friend. He was holding two coffees in both hands and offered one to Suguru.
"For me?" -murmured, tongue stumbling.
- Of course. You know I don't like it when you get drunk. You become defenseless.
The dark-haired boy smiled at the comment; it didn't happen often, but the times it did, he ended up being carried on his friend's back, and the next day he would have to listen to Satoru's complaints about how heavy he was.
He thanked them and took a small sip.
- Careful, it's hot.
"You worry a lot." Faced with the albino's silence, Suguru mustered the courage to pull a small envelope wrapped in gift paper from his coat pocket.
"Merry Christmas, I suppose," I whispered, handing it to Satoru. He looked at the gift with a hint of doubt, but took it and opened it excitedly.
"A girdle?" the dark-haired man laughed at his friend's comment.
-It's a suitable blindfold for your eyes, and it's black, it will be more comfortable than the one you're wearing now.
There was no way to guess if he was happy or surprised, Satoru loosened his blindfold showing his blue eyes to Suguru who missed them terribly.
They both shared that look for a long time, Satoru's heart pounding dangerously as Suguru's clouded mind made him move forward, shortening the space between them.
"I hate it when you cover your eyes..." he whispered, the breath of alcohol and cigarettes around the white-haired man's nose. In any other situation, he would have walked away and complained, but right now he was hypnotized.
Satoru couldn't help but notice how close Suguru was getting, but he chose not to move away until the dark-haired boy's hands gripped his white shirt, so fine and expensive, crumpled beneath his fist. A pair of lips firmly pressing against his, the same feeling as that night in their second year of high school.
This time it was just a brief touch, but when they separated, Suguru realized that Satoru had chosen to trap him in his arms and resume the kiss where it had left off.
A wave of ecstasy washed over both their bodies, drawing them even closer. The few times they separated were only to catch their breath and begin again, exploring every inch of each other's lips, biting, running their wet tongues over them.
- Suguru...
- Mmh...
"I've been thinking..." Satoru barely managed to say between the dark-haired man's kisses. "I don't want you to go out with other people..."
- What else?
Hungrier, wetter kisses.
"We can die at any moment; you know?" Satoru struggled with his best friend's tongue as he tried to form his sentence. "And I don't want to die without being free of this feeling..."
Suguru pulled away for a moment, panting, blushing; the alcohol had already taken effect. A new clarity struck him as he thought about what his friend was saying.
- What?
The white-haired man pulled the other by the waist, drawing him closer and placing a kiss on his earlobe as he whispered, "It's just... I feel strange..."
Suguru tried to process the words when his leg brushed against a certain pelvic area on his friend. He didn't know if his friend was that innocent or just playing with him, but that erection wasn't faked.
"This isn't the best place," he said with a sigh and a smile, looking at the empty street around them. Satoru hugged the dark-haired man tighter, breathing heavily into the space between his ear and the bare patch of his neck. Suguru forced himself to react. He took his friend's face between his hands, looking at him with eyes that were sincere but also full of doubt.
-Satoru...
- I love you, Suguru...
The blue, glassy eyes that gazed into, like a pool Suguru could dive into, were as clear and sincere as he had ever seen before.
- I...
The footsteps of his friends broke the silence. Satoru sat up, his gaze drifting from the ground into the distance, a single tear welling in the corner of his eye. The hand that had been clutching the dark-haired boy's coat finally let go.
