I am so ashamed to be Dutch now

All those stupid Feynoord supporters ruining the beautiful city of Rome. Please, just please believe me when I say that not every Dutch person is such a savage. Those men (and women) are crazy. Totally deluded. I feel ashamed when I hear them being called ‘Dutch’. We are a civilized people and we do NOT support this..

As a dutch person I am genuinely sorry for what has happened in Rome. I consider the hooligans that have done this fucking disgusting, for I am a huge admirer of art and especially art in Rome. I think the people that have done all of this deserve more punishment and I am ashamed for my country. I am so so so so so sorry for these people and I know that a lot of other Dutch people are too. Not every Dutch person is as crazy as a hooligan like that after all. I’m sorry.
