I had a really weird dream that DHMIS 6 came out. The only thing I remember clearly is that Yellow Guy was sitting on the floor talking to a piece of paper folded into a diamond shape with eyes drawn on it. Weird shit.

You say that like it wouldn’t be completely normal by DHMIS standards.

I dreamt the exact same thing last night. The teacher was a talking, purple squirrel with goggles like an airplane pilot would wear and it was revealed that Roy was not even Yellow's father.

Have you ever watched the French cartoon Les Escargots? It's silent, so you can understand what's going on.

I just watched it (obligatory link for anyone else who’s interested), and I have to say it was really good! I really like the limited animation style, and the beginning was hilarious. My only real complaint is that the killer snails almost seemed unnecessary - I would have loved a whole short film about the farmer just trying to get his plants to grow through increasingly absurd techniques.

as for the line that you can't tell what the spinach teacher says, as the bird is being disemboweled, i've seen it interpreted as "what's that? a kidney spleen? your kidney spleen makes your teeth go grey!" :0

I can hear the ‘kidney spleen makes your teeth go grey‘ part, but I’m distinctly hearing something like “you can’t eat” X, and kidney spleen is too long to fit there.

Okay so I’m noticing some strange parallels between DHMIS 1&2’s teachers and DHMIS 5. The following is what comes into my mind on a long drive.

One smol one tol Tol one has legs while smol does not Tol one has a piece of clothing while smol does not. Smol ones and tol ones have the same voice actors The fandom puts them together all the time (one is canon but still) 1, 2, and 5, are the episodes where gore is the big climax. The tol one targets birdman (MEH)

The teachers of “Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared” have gotten plenty of facts wrong but they somehow managed to do the impossible and mess up THE LAWS OF PHYSICS. I’m not sure that’s how scales work.
